Everything was great, I would definitely recommend. Only thing was a bit of trouble getting to it in the dark, but that could have been our fault.

Our stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very good.

The bed was very comfortable, my bathtub looked clean but once water turned on i could see the oil and gream, water don't drain freely i had to put lysol in water to make sure i don't get anything.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel, particularly for single women or families with children. On my first night, a male employee made me feel very uncomfortable after checking in, to the point that I decided to forfeit my second night and stay at another hotel instead. Unfortunately, the hotel management was not accommodating of the situation, which further added to my negative experience.
In general, the hotel was very loud and chaotic, and the rooms were far from welcoming. There are many safer, nicer options in the area.

A gentleman at the desk, Sam, gave us great advice about not driving into Toronto, but taking the train from a nearby station and gave us a map. It was so much easier and better. And the staff was so friendly, so polite. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. A wonderful place to stay.

Areas for improvement would be related to coffee and juice at the breakfast bar. They both tasted a bit watered down.
I would recommend this hotel to families and other travellers.

Great place but the room air conditioner is very loud for resting. The need to be upgrade so it does not affect people’s relaxation and rest. If something tragic to happen the AC will not let the guess hear anything. In addition the microwave has the wrong plate and is loud heating up anything in it. The toilet has the black stain which seems to come from the water. Other than that I would say great place

The front desk employees are very helpful and friendly, specially Brian & Gurpeet. The self parking area is sufficient and well kept. The breakfast is good but the are is a little crowded. The room is good but the bathroom is very small. Overall the place is nice and it's in good location. I certainly recommend for friend to stay.

PROS: The hot breakfast buffet was excellent. A great variety, clean, and tasty. The darkening shades in our room were a nice touch. The height-adjustable table was useful. The front desk service was great. CONS: The shower handle was very tight to operate. The toilet flush handle needed to be held down the entire time until the very slow water tank refilled. WOULD I RETURN?: Well I would not stay in that particular room again, but for sure I would return and try out a different room with hopefully better plumbing.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel and using the Go Train to get back and forth from Toronto. It was clean and quiet. My kids enjoyed the pool - it was clean and very warm, and there was a sauna right off the pool deck. Dinner options were close and convenient, and the free continental breakfast the next day had lots of choices, hot and cold. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One elevator was out - it was basically the only inconvenient aspect of our stay and not a huge deal.
