Room was decent front desk staff was nice didn’t really interact with anyone else little overpriced for what you get I’ve stayed in nicer LA Quinta Inns for cheaper.

We were in town for a reunion. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The lobby and staff were very nice. The room was clean but could use some detailing. Our primary complaint is the room was extremely damp and a highly fragrant cleanser had been used to hide an odor. The property is pet friendly so perhaps the dampness was from carpet cleaning, but not sure. Otherwise the location is convenient and the staff was very kind. Good enough for a one night affordable stay but probably will not choose again.

People were outside my door drinking and talking loudly. Worse off when I got into my bed there was a cockroach. I checked out and left immediately. Do not stay here! So gross.

The rooms smelled damp, the bathroom door was broken, everything is old, it needs to be renovated. The breakfast was poor, even the apples were in bad condition. I have stayed in different Quintas and none had been in these conditions.

It was a little sketchy. Parking was an issue due to large trucks parking in places they shouldn't. Our room smelled wet and dingy. There was mold on the upper wall in the bathroom. Just felt dirty. Don't plan to swim! The pool was unkept and full of algae.

I saw mold in the bathroom walls not a good thing! People in other rooms were very noisy couldn’t really sleep through the night.

There was a bad smell in the whole room that was stronger when the AC unit would come on. Honestly we did not spend the night, and opted to leave. We came with our boys and was not going to put them through that discomfort.
The pictures on the website are nothing like what you see in person. I get it sometimes it is not 100% matched, but this was a big difference.

There were stains and bugs on the beds. It was a dirty room. We had to cancel our rooms and move to a different hotel.

The lobby was musty smelling when we checked in and the room was even worse. It smelled old and musty. It was very humid in the room even with the AC running. There were cobwebs and bugs on the ceiling and i killed live bugs in the main room and bathroom. The couch and other furniture looked like it was from the 70's. This place needs a remodel and update.

After we checked in and dropped our stuff we left. We came and found all of our stuff gone. They booked our room to another couple, put all of our belongings in trash bags and we had to hunt it down. They apparently didn't record they had already given us the room and thought our stuff was just left behind.

The rooms are not as advertised on the page. There was smell of mold in our room as soon as we entered and the AC was extremely loud and kept us up majority of the night. There were several mosquitos and flies in the room which was odd as we hardly left the room ajar. Finally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were very old. DO NOT recommend a staying here - please see google reviews to get a real review feedback on this hotel. Extremely disappointed that Expedia is advertising this as a hotel when it’s really a motel.

The night I checked in the boiler broke receptionist said I would get a discount and that it would be fixed next morning by 10 I was tired and wanted to lay down so I stayed but it wasn't fixed until midnight Sunday the day I checked out. I later received a $33 refund which is B's I understand things happen but I should have gotten at least one night free I was repeatedly told that it would be fixed within the hour

To be honest the place was not what we expected for the price I paid. Rooms are smelly. The bathroom was not very clean, the toilet was always clogged. The area wasn't very safe. The couch was very nasty I did not even sit on it. The only positive thing was the personnel was very nice, and resolved our issues promptly. I am not very picky but, the rooms were really bad.

Extremely moldy shower, extremely moldy refrigerator, shower head obscenely crusty and dirty, shower walls extremely dirty with stains, water pressure was slightly better than a trickle at best, specifically from the shower head (normal pressure from sink and tub faucet), counter tops dirty and moldy, mosquitoes and bugs in the room prior to our check-in, mgmt and owners argumentative, unwilling, and unconcerned to be helpful or make our situation right (by either re-cleaning our room OR compensation).

This is a very neglected place, it does not have a good smell, I made the reservation through the expidia application, they charged me double what the place costs, this place is not clean

The room paid for was not available due to water issue. Settled for room with double and not queen beds - okay with that. The hair in the sink was not acceptable
At 6am went to the bathroom to pee and the toilet overflowed. I was asked if I wanted a plunger? No, water is all over the floor. Do you care? He has now arrived to look. He left the wet floor and could not find a leak.
Terrible experience.
