The staff is so nice and understandable but they need to do better with the room cleaning and linens

They need to improve their cleaning

Place was unsafe, moldy bed from and doors seemed to have been forced open. I did not feel safe and checked out the same day and reported situation.

I stayed at this property again because I was promised a upgrade in which I never got I have been contacting the manager khan but when I called he not there, he one a phone call, I leave messages and he never call back. Even when I was staying there and I asked for him everyday for the 5 days I was there and everyone said he not there or he hasn’t come in yet. When I checked in I had a a dead roach on my wall like someone smogged the roach and left it there by the cleaning lady cleaned it up thankful that the only roach I saw and the pipes or busted I can hear it struggling for water to come out when we was bathing a very annoying noise so the need to fix the pipes in room 315 that’s where I stayed I love the staff and the hotel location itself but they need to put more pride in that place it can be a upscale hotel if they fix the issues.

We reserved 5 nights at this hotel but left after 1 night due to the unsanitary conditions in the room. The bedding was stained with what appeared to be blood and other substances on multiple areas. There were roaches on and inside the nightstand as well as roach eggs. The furniture was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The windows and window sill were filthy and had some kind of pest eggs. We requested a refund for the remaining days and are waiting to receive it. Do not reccomend!

Maids don’t clean at all I had to sit and wait on the maid my fourth day to vacuum the room after asking from my first night tubs was very dirty that’s my last stay in your hotel and I’ve been staying there when I travel for over 13 years for the amount of money I spent to stay there I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone anymore

When I got there for breakfast at 6:30m, there was practically nothing left and it was not apparent that anyone was on duty to refresh the empty food

I liked the convenience I booked the trip on Expedia I got to the hotel a couple of hours before check in and Doreina was very nice and gave me a room right away the place was nice and clean and the next day the breakfast was awesome and the gentleman there on Sunday July 13th that worked the breakfast buffet made sure there was always food there.whenever they ran out of anything he made sure to refill it so everybody was able to eat what they wanted.it was very nice.they had eggs,sausage,bacon,muffins,bagels, oatmeal,fruits and coffee and juice. it smelled good and was tasty my children and grandchildren enjoyed the food and everyone that worked there we're very nice and helpful. this is one of my favorite places to stay in from now on.but the only thing that I would want for my next trip is that the pool be fixed so my grandchildren can enjoy themselves i even loved the way the property took care of the parking area and made sure they gave you a parking permit so that the hotel knows your supposed to be there and your car is save.I can't wait to go back next month.

The property is in a very convenient spot. Right opposite a gym and nice food options. What i didnt like is the properties up keeping. The forst room door could not close and the second room toilet had a leak.

Not as expected

The rooms were not updated. The bathroom tub/toilet made noises and the air conditioner was noisy.

We enjoyed staying here and will do it again!!

My room didn’t have good AC

I have stayed to this hotel 4 times in the past year, it has became my favorite spot until this last stay. I stayed from may21-may26. It hurts me to write this review because I loved this place upon checking in the lady didn’t want to take my card because my name was rubbed off it’s the same card I used for my 3 stays before . My husband ended up using his card, but yet the $100 hold was still on my card. On the day of the 23 my 2year old spilled fruit loops and syrup on the bed when I returned to my room in the evening my sheets was not change at all I check the towels they was fresh towels except a wash cloth she didn’t change it out it also didn’t have any soap in the bathroom on the day of 24 idk if it’s because I complained her to the front desk for not changing my sheets and the front desk stated the sheets don’t get changed every day it gets change every 3 day when I arrived on the 21 I sheets with a black design on it when I returned to my room on the 22 I saw my sheets got change she decided she was not giving us soap to bathe. The Front desk ask me if I need soap I told her no if I didn’t get any in the first place like I do get a new soap bar every day because is the small ones I’m not supposed to have any I’ll buy my own.. the 25 when I reached back in my room is like the lady dug up a roach from somewhere cause I never seen a roach in there before and placed it under my soap bar in the sink it wasn’t a fresh roach this roach was dry out so it was placed there.

The hotel staff were amazing. I had a huge problem with reservations department. I was coming on a red eye flight so I booked an extra night so that I could have the room ready at 7 am upon my arrival, I asked them to note that, they said they placed the note. Upon my arrival the front desk canceled my reservation and put me as no show no call. I explained the situation and they said no notes available, however they went the extra mile and gave me the room. They need to work on their communication.

Good place for a short stay

Amazing and friendly front desk. The rooms need updating and needs a little T.L.C. and the permit in the elevator was outdated.

The front desk lady Ms. Lovely was very nasty and rude. I would never stay in this over priced and nasty property again. The cleaning is very much subpar

The property was conveniently located well lighted and parking Compare to the othe la Quinta I stay at this one I rather more just minor hiccups outlets in room only 2 work but I definitely would stay there again

Hot water for a shower was not available in the AM. We saw a roach in our room.

The workers collectively work hard to keep it running smoothly.

Stay at your own risk.......The hotel needs to be updated and the staff vetted and trained. The issues started when the room key didn't work on the second day. Checked with front desk and found out I was listed as being in another room. The issue was rectified (or so I thought). Later that night, the security officer attempted to enter the room, claiming he forgot something in the room. Needless to say, I was scared.. the police was called and I proceeded to book at a room elsewhere. Despite my early check out, charges were applied to the credit card on file. Attempts to speak with staff was met with hostility and rude service where I was put on hold indefinitely.

This hotel was so disgustingly dirty. Our room had an air purifier in it, that ran constantly to remove the weed and whatever other smells. The sheets had gross marks on them, showing they weren’t changed. The floors hadn’t been cleaned ever, maybe? If we hadn’t got in after midnight I would’ve left. Thought about sleeping in the car but the people hanging out in the parking lot changed that idea.

Excellent beds and quiet/ clean room. Lowlights: not a good reception while checking-in, even missed breakfast due to lack of information. Had to ask for our first room change due to a strong bad smell on it. Highlight: for sure Lovely’s checkout receptionist attentions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The outside of the property was not nice at all. The property needs a major upgrade outside. Their were kids running around everywhere. very noisy.

The rooms were great!

Honest opinion, the stay wasnt terrible, but over priced for what it was. We just stayed one night, thats all we needed. The building itself looks old, the room looked clean but did smell kind of like pee (i think it was the rug) the breakfast was good. For a one or 2 night, not bad.
