A smooth check in and adequate room. No hair dryer though and a little upgrading needed.

When we arrived the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The security guard informed us the receptionist was doing laundry and will be back as soon as she can. The security guard then called the receptionist on his phone and she informed him on the phone that there are no rooms available and acknowledged that they are overbooked. Neither employees offered help and just stated that this is Hotel.com's issue and I should deal with them. Although I have not seen inside of the room, the lobby appeared to be dirty and outdated. I drove around the hotel property and its appearance is nothing like the picture. The pictures in Hotels.com is nothing like the actual hotels appearance and VERY misleading. The hotel is on a very busy street corner and there were people loitering in the parking lot, outside the lobby, and some are just sitting in their cars, some do not appear to be hotel guests and just loitering in the parking lot.. DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

I didn’t get a room. The front lady said the hotel was overbooked and told me to get a refund and walked out on me. I had a nice lady from Hotels.com, Meiling help me get another hotel room.

The hotel has a lot of dirty smell and the beds are very uncomfortable. It was a really bad experience. I do not recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY HORID, bed bugs, barbed wire, POLICE PRESENCE INSIDE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CRIME RATE, this is CLEARLY a trap house, drug dealers and prostitution EVERYWHERE, garbage all over, FILTHY DISGUSTING TRASH HOLE

Staff were very kind and helpful. Moderate stay for a decent price.

I had to get my room changed because the first room smelled like extremely damped carpet and everything was sticky and smelly and smelled like mold was somewhere. My next room didn’t have that smell but was still so dirty. I didn’t bathe or touch anything in the room and was terrified to sleep there since there were bug in and around the room. Never again.

Room was very small. We had the kitchenette room that says they provide cookware and dishes byt if you want them you have extra charges. It shows a pic of a pool as the main pic and says they have a pool in there ad, but that's a lie. Water pressure is so bad in shower. Not sure when was the last time the floors got washed, we couldnt go bare foot or our feet got black from dirty floors. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
