Nice overnight stay

Upon arriving at the hotel, the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. He accommodated my request for a room on the back of the hotel. After checking in and setting our stuff down, we peeled back the covers to reveal one of the largest bed bugs I have ever seen. I took it down to the front desk on a piece of paper and showed the woman who had taken over. She was extremely apologetic (though its not her fault, she works in the front office) and moved us immediately, as well as giving us two free drinks from the cooler in the front. The second room was bedbug free, although there was hair all over the pillowcases and the sheets had tobacco strewn all through them, they had obviously not been changed. We had arranged a 12 o clock checkout, and at 1130 housekeeping started beating on the door. I answered the door and told them we had a 12 o clock checkout and would be gone in about 20 minutes. Since they did not speak any English, they continued to stand in the door and try to push the cart in. Eventually, I shut the door in their faces and continued to pack my stuff. The phone began ringing off the hook but because it was broken I was unable to answer it. Please do not stay here. You are better off sleeping in your car.

Room condition was ok for the price. Wenr to bed woke up had to kill 3 roaches on the floor. Wiped the floor and it was filthy no way to.get these floors clean excepto to replace dirt is embedded into the grain of the laminate. I better be getting some type of refund front desk clerk was unhelpful.

Staff wasnt accommodating, my partner cannot walk up a flight of stairs due to back injury, and website stated that if I request for handicapped accessibility than they can accommodate me but that wasn’t the case. I called before arriving and immediately was met with rudeness, saying there’s none available. There aren’t even any elevators. Wifi does NOT work, and complimentary breakfast was in a brown paper bag, consists of breakfast bars, sausage biscuit that was probably frozen and heated up wrapped in seran wrap. Very disappointing.

The bed was very uncomfortable!

Room was very clean. Shower and toilet were very clean. A/C in room worked very well. Situated in an area that had lots of dining options. Would stay here again when in the area!

Not sure what was going on but there was a lot of traffic in the parking lot. The hotel is run down and needs a lot of maintenance. It was fairly clean but the carpets were very stained and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Was afraid to use the sink in the bathroom as the stopper was missing, didn't want anything to fall down the sink.

Staff was nice, but our room wasn’t. It was a smoking free room, but it didn’t seem to be. The smell of smoking inside of the room was unbearable. Also, there were people smoking in front of the bedrooms and around the hotel. It was noisy and felt unsafe having all those people in front of their bedrooms and cars smoking.

Taco bell next door had teenagers with loud cars and music that kept us from sleeping well

Pretty gross, pool bottom had chunks of the pool scattered all over. Walked in room and checked for bed bugs, it just looked like that kind of motel, but had used a third party to book so was non refundable. Found none, was relieved. Woke up at 4:00 to use bathroom and saw cockroaches climbing on the wall. Needless to say we immediately showered and left, even though our alarms were set for 7:30.

It was close to dining...and Wal-Mart

Roaches everywhere!!! My family booked two connecting rooms on the ground floor both were crawling with them. We just needed a place to stay for a night since we were traveling home. The front desk said there had been no complaints but would let maintenance know. The lady working was nice and gave us a refund.

The room smelled like mold. Otherwise, we were happy. I mentioned the mold smell to the front desk, and I was told the upstairs carpet was scheduled to be replaced soon ... which sounds good, but our room had laminate flooring, so I don't understand how replacing the carpet will help.

Very nice econo lodge

Microwave had ROACHES! The pool was dirty and had BUGS in it. Rooms smell like MILDEW. -1000/1000

It Was Good

The staff was all very nice. The morning we left they were deep cleaning a room and had it down to bare bones. Everything was getting a deep clean. And the guy stuck doing it was even exceptionally pleasant.

It was fine for the price.

It's one of those doors face the outside type hotels with no elevator. But the whole place is filthy and there were bugs. I got my money back and booked it after a nights stay to waking up with bites on my ankles and basically burned everything I was wearing and threw away a backpack just incase

The pictures on the website are deceiving. Before arrival, I was sure to clarify that we were staying in a NON-Smoking room. However, entering our room it was a smoking room and the smell was horrible. Even after I called (a week prior to our stay) to verify we booked a non smoking room, they still booked us in a smoking room. The room was very dated and our room was not Clean. There were holes in the comforter. The floor was dirty, if you walked on the floor your feet were black from the dirt.

Be sure that you specify a non-smoking room, or you will regret it.

Very nice for the price

Convenience quick check in from expedia. Mild odor and humid in room. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Mattress was ok. Overall room was pleasant . Will book again.

Really out dated, they raised prices just because of the hot rod power tour.

Everything was great until the day of check out. Housekeeping started knocking on the door an hour before check out trying to clean the room. They then knocked again at 10:45 and told us “it’s time to hurry” as we were packing our last few things to load the car. Front desk staff wasn’t all that friendly. Price and location were both good though!

Good hotel

The rooms a in good shape, as is the entrance and office. My only complaints are the carpet in the room and the musty smell. Neither one is a deal breaker. As for the carpet, I believe it was vacuumed regularly but there are carpet stains and some things dirt found into the fabric. Everything else was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised with this particular hotel. The facility, although older, was in a good location, my room was clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and very responsive to my questions and needs. I have traveled a lot recently and this hotel was by far the best experience I have had at a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room was nice and clean and quiet you may want to think about updating the bedding though that makes it look cheap other than that it was a great room
