No phone, no Internet, and stinky towels. Not a good neighborhood. First thing I heard when I walked out of my room. "move faster or I'll punch you in the face". Fortunately, I discovered the black male was talking to someone else.

The lady who waited on me was very without empathy. First there was a $50 deposit that I had no idea was required. I paid the reservation through After-Pay. It was not until I took a picture of the flyer on the desk that gave details on the deposit, THEN she admitted I would get it back once I checked out. The room was clean for the most part but the shower did not work I reported it and they said they would get it fixed. No follow up, no calls, nothing. This was a 2 night stay. Someone did clean the room however, shower would not work.

Hello, this was one of the worst nights of my life in a hotel. I’m shocked that Expedia allows a place like this—essentially a zero-star motel in this location- on the app. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled awful, there were insects, and even cockroaches and other animals were running on my face. I managed to sleep only 4 hours before I had to leave the hotel immediately. I have pictures of the room to back up my claims. I am requesting a full refund and sincerely hope I don’t fall ill from this experience. My body is already aching

Being judge never received my deposit. My shower was rusty and had to call maintenance. He couldn't get it to work. Didn't put us in a better room.

Showers were hard to use and a lot of roaches

lady was rude, gentlemen were pretty nice. Just be sure to get your deposit because they might say you didn’t place a deposit. Hotel room also is completely different from the pictures.

We needed a place for the grandbabies to stay cool while our house was being treated. The room was very clean and everyone I encountered was very nice.

I booked for 3 nights and the second after I checked in I realized the deadbolt to my room on the 1st floor was broken and there were no other rooms available except for the pet rooms which the front desk associate assured me I wouldn’t want because of the smell. He said maintenance would fix it the next day and yet it still remained broken my entire stay. I was told to just use my top latch and it shouldn’t matter since “you’re only here for 3 nights.” The next day I awoke to find two roaches the size of a human thumb in my bathroom. I understand this is the South I’m accustomed to our bugs. However, I feel they wouldn’t have been able to enter as easily if there weren’t such large gaps between the doors and floor particularly which you can peek inside if you really wanted to. During my last night I came back to find the bathroom wall leaking water from the second floor as someone took a shower or bath. So I placed the bathroom trash can underneath to catch it. Again I informed another front desk associate and the response was still the same, a lack of care. I could not wait to checkout of this Hell hole.

I have been going here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I've never had a problem dealing with them. The room, sheets, and towels are clean. Housekeeping comes by once a day to change your bedding and towels as well as sweep and mop the rooms.

Lady at front desk was not very friendly, she seemed annoyed.

The lady who checked me in was rude. And the room I was placed in had mold all over the ceiling. I didn't notice it until my last night there. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was missing lights in the room. I was totally unsatisfied with my stay

Cockroaches bugs and a old building smell

This is Not a Motel 6. Its a motel for transients that dont have permanent housing. Roaches, leaking bathroom sink caused management to put me out of facility. This was done out of spite because Arab men dont respect women. Take that attitude back to your home land. You're residing in America now. Property littered with dog feces because transient residents dont clean uo after their pets. Always people lurking around the property. Unsafe for women traveling alone. Sleep in your car. This eas a total waste of money.

It was a nice short stay

i paid for a room that i didn’t even get to stay in. They refused to give me a refund for it.

I have the room reserve for Friday, 6/14, and check out Saturday, 6/15, at 11 am, but my girlfriend was out of town, we came to the motel at 7:30 am Saturday morning and ask for the key to my room, I told her I only need the room for 2 hours because I ve paid by credit card already, but she didn’t give me the key, and have me reserved the rooms again, so I had to pay 2 times but only stayed for 2 hrs, can I get my money back? Thanks

The lobby has been updated and that’s it. The desk attendant was friendly. The dingy walls and doors clearly have not been cleaned, painted, or replaced in a long time. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. The tub didn’t drain properly. The toilet was stained. It leaked so there was a puddle behind it and didn’t flush well. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Holes in the comforter/blanket. The pictures online are NOTHING like the actual room. We stayed here because it was cheap and close to the freeway after our original lodging fell through due to Covid exposure. You get what you pay for ($60) I guess. Wouldn’t recommend. Absolute last resort.

Worse stay ever. The blankets and sheets were stained. The walls had been painted over several times, the shower was disgusting. This place should be condemned. I also shortened my stay due to not having electricity due to the form and my power restored and they charged me for two nights anyway. I had advised hotel.com and motel 6 I would not stay both nights and they said that was fine but now I’m being charged for both nights and both places are refusing to refund

This property is in a ridiculous area of highway construction. Not their fault. The stay was great Just know there will be a good bit of noise from construction and vehicles from the highway.
