The room wasn’t clean and messy like someone was there and than they switched the room

If they’re more organized and clean and they be sure before to hand the key if the room ready and I think I will make a complaint to the Attorney General’s office

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location this year. It is convenient to where my family lives, has easy access off and on the tollroad, it's clean and has a great breakfast menu.

The location is near restaurants and is conveniently located to the Garland Natatorium. The location was great for what we wanted. We researched the location before booking.

The AC was working intermittently, the TV worked intermittently, then died, and the room was very dirty, including a used condom left on the floor from previous residents.

It’s peaceful

I stay here often and usually extend my stay sometimes for several days. They are always accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Service is impeccable and it's always quiet and relaxing. Haven't had any trouble with security of the parking lot. I will continue to use this location.

I always travel and I was not impressed your staff represent your facility and make the deal a friendly person to greet you after a long trip away from home means the most to mee and most travelers the staff that greeted me were so rude and seemed bothered my reservation was confirmed to be pet friendly ahead and at arrival it was not instead of addressing me with respect kindly the one staff that seemed to be there longer and had more knowledge of the hotel policy could not even stand up and come and talk to me she yelled across the other computer desk area no we never accept pets not allowed basically not professional I never travel with my pet but it was an emergency and she was in a crate secure all she needed to do was explain and help me they even said they could not help me cancel my reservation as it was made on bookin.com

Toilet seat was broken

We had two issues staying here. The first room, the ac was super loud. almost as if the blower on it was going out. the lady at the desk was super kind to move us to another room and they ac was working perfectly. but being on the 5th floor the water pressure was lacking. I could barely get enough water to come out to brush my teeth.

Close to everything I needed

The location was good but it was the worst place I've ever stayed

Wrong room , house keeping didn't have the room ready , they changed my room to the correct room but no heat and the toilet quit working. Breakfast was not good
