Key cards didn't work, 1st room wasn't prepared (bed wasn't made) then had to go to get employee 3 times , two rooms later still didn't have a key . Room stunk like cigarettes, trash and cobwebs, just nasty. I can't believe this is a Wyndham property!

I love the location and the rate. Its simple check in process. Staff is great. The only thing I didn't like is the wait for towels.

Not a good first impression as employees were all congregated outside ?smoking. Pool was green, room smelled of cigarette smoke and had cobwebs - great for HALLOWEEN, Towels were stained and atmosphere was sketchy, not safe at all. Lots of noisy children upstairs from us at night and then awoken by workers at 5am. We will bypass Walterboro next time!

The lobby gives the impression that the hotel is decent for the price. However, the first room I was given, had a broken refrigerator, doors, and trim that look like they have been so beat up over the years that they should be totally stripped and removed. The second room I was given, had a working refrigerator, but my neighbours all seemed like they were homeless and staying at this hotel. That is not conducive with travelers.

Not one time did house keeping clean my room, at least clean it once I would of been satisfied

Most of the outlets didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. Most mornings there was very little breakfast

Overall it was a good stay - excellent for the price. The staff were kind and friendly and the rooms were surprisingly pretty clean. The beds were comfy and everything in the room worked well. It was a tad noisy at times and just a lot of activity from people around there, which was a bit much but nothing too crazy considering most people were nice. The pool is great and the gas station/McDonalds is real convenient since there isn't much around. Cracker Barrel is nearby, but it's just not great food and expensive. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff did a great job of keeping it stocked (still go early though). This motel is also about 45 min from Edisto Beach, which was really nice.

Extremely dirty, holes in the wall, dirty bad sheets, bad smell. Difficult night stay with little kids.

Overall it's a real decent stay - good and affordable place - the gas station and places to eat real close by was convenient. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. No critters or anything. The breakfast was good - lots of choices and kept nice and stocked but definitely still go early as you can. It was about 45 minutes from Edisto Beach, which is why we came down. The staff is nice and they do a good job.

AC was not working blown off.... super bogus motel... the worst i have stayed....!!

They have improved the breakfast and the New Desk Staff have a friendly attitude

Nothing this property was dirty nasty, the check in time say 2:00 p.m. and they made me come all the way up there and I had to check in at 3pm.. I really need a refund from this location to be honest cuz this hotel was real inconvenience!

The room we stayed in was dirty. The walls and ceiling were crumbling, smoke detector was pulled out of the wall. There was a huge stain on one of the lamp shades that looked like blood. My family was uncomfortable and scared for the stay.

Since new manager and staff it has been a great change/ improvement.

We the toilet had to be re-cleaned it look like💩 but when the girl came in said it was a piece chicken from microwave she even knew it was an orange chicken she flush the toilet with it then clean the bowl

The young lady at the front desk, a maintenance man and a housekeeper were all friendly and the room was cold (good!). The room itself was beyond disappointing. We were driving down to Florida and this was where I booked to sleep for the night. We got in late evening, checked in and went for food. By the time we got done with food I was racing to get back as we didn't have a key that worked bc they were having tech issues with the doors that day The room was a good size, it looked like they used an adjoining room and made this room able to accommodate 6 with a sleeper sofa. Yes, I booked for six. I had to call down to get bedding for the sleeper sofa. That came and she was apologetic. But we didn't get pillows. Isn't that part of bedding? There were 2 bathrooms. Both were gross and needed repair... Not one shower curtain. The room was still dirty, hair in the corners. It looked like the room had been used for a dog previously for more than a night and was not cleaned properly. This place has potential with training. The people were friendly and that is half the battle, now they just need training. It was just disappointing and if it wasn't so late... We would have left.

Found bed bug. No accommodation offered

Upon check-in I was twice assigned a room where the key card wouldn't unlock the door. After three trips to the office, I had to tell the desk clerk that she should be saying something like "sorry for the inconvenience,sir." Then she said it.

Missing a TV, power outlets didn’t work, 2 out of 3 lamps didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work (or maybe because the outlet didn’t work), carpet ripped up in front of the door, breakfast buffet had several items missing, like biscuits, gravy, big plates for waffles, eggs, spoons, counter and tables not kept clean, no fruit.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The room was clean but not enough towels. When we went to the desk to ask they said the linen key was missing and could not get any. This hotel has permanent residents. Some which were clearly drug addicts as they kept us awake during the night up and down the walkway. Our last day saw something straight out of COPS. Need to clean it up.

Went to get breakfast sausage gravy and biscuits at 830 am. They were out. They told me they only use one can and if thats not enough too bad we wont put any more out! Rude and disrespectful. No way to run a place very angry about it. Had to get vreakfast elsewhere

Every issue I had I notified management. Nothing really got done.
