Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. Nice touches like bathrobes were unexpected and very nice.

Parking for horrible, if you pay for parking shouldnt need to fight for a spot or move vehicle later. When booked and parking was extra for a cost should of told us right then and there not many spots that actually fit a truck. When driving through and see little tiny car in the biggest spots, they should be reversed for trucks as we couldnt even fit on 4th level of parking. If hotel is full and people all paid for parking, events shouldnt be able to park in parking. Bacially whole ringette team didnt have spot when came back from game and told us we could move at 11 once the event was over and people left...what kind of service is that with the people that just stayed last 3 days there. One group got 100 fine for parking on street, but they had drinks and couldnt move car at 11 and front desk assured them that they could park on street all night and there wouldnt be any tickets. We had 2 beds and pull out couch and the might as well slept on hard wood floor, my 10 year old woke up so sore and couldnt move next day because of the hard springs in mattress, next 2 nights he just slept on cushions on floor as it was better then the pull out couch. 4 people booked yet only give us 2 towels, no extra blankets or pillows in room even though we had pull out couch. Rooms seemed smaller then other hotels i stayed at. We will not be returning, even if teams stays there again we will stay somewhere else. Only positive thing elevator was quick, and check in was good.

Paying for parking but the parking was full every night if you go back past 8-9pm. We asked for fresh towels and coffee for our room, more than once and it was never brought (we stayed 3 nights). The breakfast isn’t included so if you have breakfast in the restaurant you pay 55-60$ (for two people) for a very unimpressive breakfast. The buffet was basically a continental breakfast that is free at most hotels. They tell you quiet time after 10pm yet our floor was soo loud one night we couldn’t sleep and we could smell cigarette smoke. We were not impressed at all, won’t book here again.

I stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the ice bucket was mouldy, further adding to my discomfort. To make matters worse, on the second night, I discovered mice in the room. They were running around on the floor, and in the morning I could hear them in the wall. This was completely unacceptable and made the stay very unpleasant. I expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene when staying at a hotel and encountering pests in the room is a serious issue. This incident made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during the remainder of my stay. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority for any hotel. That said, the hotel staff were very apologetic about it all and seemed to be taking the issue seriously and said they would be implementing measures to ensure that future guests do not face the same problem. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at this time.

The staff here are excellent and well trained. Location worked for us but is not downtown. The property needs upgrading. Our room had stains on the ceiling, a scratched TV screen, paint chipping around the windows, old blinds and an old mattress. The price we paid would have been a 4-5 star hotel in any other Canadian big city. We over paid for this stay.

Very agreable hotel. Great comfort, good service, well situated near several bus routes or 30 minute walk to downtown.
