The hotel was very run down not clean and the service terrible. Examples of the run down is our door keys o ly worked about ever 4th time both our room had to get keys rekeyed and they still didn’t work. There was dirt on out night stand out toilet ran the entire time there was someone else’s sock under our bed. When asking for towels and toilet paper (we had less than half a roll to start and no extra I was told I had to come and get it. The pool looked really uninviting and u kept. The elevator would randomly go to floors not pushed then back up for no reason it was so odd and felt unsafe. All in all we as a family of 5 adults in two rooms were very unhappy. For the cost it wasn’t worth it and all the pictures were deceiving.

This hotel is extremely over priced for the quality and condition. Very old interiors and the beds were uncomfortable, lumpy and creaked every time we moved. It was dirty and a poor choice on our part. Will not be staying there again. Not sure why Wyndham has its name attached to it. Not good for their reputation

The carpet filled with dirty white sots. The hot tub is super dirty and no jaz.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly The location is very convenient and has easy access to 2 bus lines to SkyTrain station and other major shopping centers.
It is a basic hotel which is needing touch up and upgrade on the whole.

Hotel was clean. The rooms were furnished nicely (Old but nice). We had a 2 night stay before flying back to Toronto.

The pool was quite cold, the hot tub did not have enough circulation to filter out floaties quickly and the beds were very hard.

Booked for 3 nights. As we checked in the front desk attendant told us if we needed house keeping to please let them know the night before or before 8 am. Weird but ok. Get up the next morning to go have breakfast (the hotel included breakfast) there is a bagged breakfast, ok not going to complain however at $275 a night i guess i expected a little more. The pool had so much hair floating in it, the kids would not use the pool or hot tub. It was very dirty! When i asked the front desk to get housekeeping service the next day because we needed towels and the garbage taken out she handed me a garbage bag and said put it in the hallway. That house keeping would bring towels.... they never did. Another guest was having the same issue from what i overheard when I was grabbing bagged breakfast this morning. Except the lady behind the desk started snapping at her telling her she didnt work the weekend and she would have it taken care of. As the guest proceeded to talk to her the clerk walked away from her. I will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. The place is extremely dirty and the front desk staff dont seem to care about anything. I unfortunately did not check the reviews as i usually trust Travelodge.

Had a person with me in a wheelchair and blind. Person at the front desk was upset we parked by the door while I got her to the room. When I came to move it, he confronted me and and gave me a really hard time, zero empathy. This at 1:30 AM with no one around while I was trying to move the vehicle—pointless conversation to berate me. I was trying to move the car. They never offered to help with the wheelchair or luggage. They also coded the room key wrong, so had to return again for new keys. AC in the room was broken, roasted all night. Empty vending machines, no bottled water in the room or machines. Room had dirty, gross bathtub and all around grubby.

Gross outdated old hotel that is way to much money for what it is. Hot tub water was pee yellow and slimey. Pool wasn’t much better. Smelled like old cigarettes.
Only stay if you have to. Glad I wasn’t here for more than 8 hours

The room and hotel are filthy dirty, wallpaper pealing,, dirt on walls, mold and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Worn out furniture, cigarette butts all over outside, terrible landscaping...a total mess, beds are lumpy!!! We didn't sleep all night!! We will never stay there again.

No one was helpful. Everyone seems so confused and like they had no idea what was going on. I asked for housekeeping, he said we’re busy prepping for 50 people checking in, I thought a hotel is supposed to have capacity to care for all rooms? Asked them to bring towels up, they said they have no staff and to come grab it! There was not enough people working and the ones that were didn’t know what to do! Also, had to wait for an elevator for almost 15 mins, it just kept skipping my floor so I would have to repress the button! Terrible hotel.

All was fine except breakfast could be better. Provide some sugar free options for diabetic travellers. The snack were far too high in sugar. Had to go elsewhere.

Very basic, hot tub didn’t look particularly clean, pool temperature quite cold. The room, TV, air quality quite mediocre, wouldn’t recommend more than a couple of nights.

Water turned ice cold three mins into my shower, no fitted sheets coffee machine doesn’t work and no sugar in the room. My sisters room her tv didn’t work and she got 3 pillows for four guests.

property is older and looks run down on the outside and in the hallways, very small rooms. Bathroom has been updated and was nice.

I have stayed here a few times. Has been clean for sure. In my opinion a little bit of updating would be good. And change where the toilet paper was. I don’t remember if it was like that before as its been a couple years, but the holder was behind the facing underneath the counter. In the middle of the night the last thing anyone wants to be doing is looking for toilet paper. And one other thing it would sure be great to have the Airport shuttle again please!

I was put in a smoking room, and you can tell that there was discolouration from all of the tar. The cutains, walls and decour should be washed and wiped down often

Room was clean but property is outdated. We stayed at the Radisson once before and this room was much cleaner. It’s outdated but clean. However it does need a new mattress. It had an old spring mattress you could feel the springs. We had an early flight so this cheap room served its purpose.

I gave the hotel low on the cleanliness only on the hotel itself, not to reflect on the staff. Its lacking a serious rug cleaning & the drapes need a wash!
I did appreciate the smoking rooms but feel they dont need to be neglected because of that.

For airport hotel, no shuttle service from airport, so add minimum $40 to cost of hotel night for cab rides. Very run down hotel. Strong smell of cigarette smoke on no smoking floor.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very dated, however we were given a recently renovated room which was very nice.

The hotel is very run down. the room I stayed in was from the 70['s. Bed was from the 70's too. My whole body hurt when I woke in the morning. I booked 2 queen beds and was overcharged when I just checked my Mastercard bill. I will make a phone call when I arrive home.

The room was comfortable enough, but the hotel overall appears to suffer from benign neglect. The hallways are grimy and the building exterior has seen better days. Service was fine and the elevator is surprisingly fast!

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for the night near the airport, then this one works. It is a bit run down, beds need to be upgraded, and the hallways smell of old stale cigarettes. It’s serviceable for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend more.
