The rooms looked better than in the photos and were very comfortable and thoughtfully done with great views of the vineyards. We loved it!

Amazing experience! The room was big and clean. Lots of parking space available (for free). There is an amazing restaurant nearby (less than 10min walking). The view for the vineyards is phenomenal. Staff is incredible and super helpful. Breakfast could be better and with more option. However, Will definitely come back.

Whenever we go to Napa my husband and I usually love to stay at SENZA. Senza has had some beautiful updates to their lobby area which is nice but one of the changes is there isn’t a free continental breakfast anymore which was really convenient for us as a family. It was our first time staying in a regular room vs a suite, we stayed in a room above the lobby area. Check in was fine but we were disappointed that the pack and play we had requested for our son wasn’t set up. Thankfully we were heading to dinner right after check in which gave them time to deliver it to our room, but when we got back we saw it was delivered but not setup - definitely not the kind of service we had expected since the last time we stayed over the pack and play was setup so nicely, that even the mattress part was covered with a sheet. Lastly, the water in the shower took some time to get warm and stay warm. We really love SENZA so I’m giving it 4 stars despite the issues, hoping that it was just a one off for us this time.

We were a little concerned after reading some not so good reviews of the hotel after we had booked it. What a wonderful surprise! The staff was genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious & clean. Unfortunately, there are no elevators for those who are unable to climb stairs. Highly recommend SENZA!

Ignore previous reviews about constr noise , dirty pool area etc. this place is clean , noise free with a clean pool . Outstanding , friendly efficient service from all the staff working here

Such a beautiful gem along the highway between Napa and Yountville! We stayed in the “mansion” with a lower floor porch with chairs. Very beautiful and quaint. This hotel is walkable to a very cool winery called Ashes and Diamonds”. Also walkable to a beautiful Italian restaurant. 5 minutes drive into downtown Napa. The property, staff and grounds were all kept to perfection every detail was paid attention to. Highly recommended.

Went to Senza for a weekend birthday trip with my girlfriends. Here is my honest review:
Pros - Amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and always available to make recommendations and help. The property is very quiet and cozy which is what we wanted for a chill weekend.
To be aware of - During our stay we had issues with the shower draining properly (they sent someone up to fix), hot tub was inoperable, and cable/netflix did not work while we were there. Luckily our time spent was mainly committed to exploring wineries and restaurants so we weren’t to bothered by it but when you’re paying this money and/or looking to relax on property this could be a dealbreaker.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again if amenities were available or at a lower price point.

It was really nice! Lovely view, all clean and Cousy. What we didn’t like was the food too expensive, few options and not good . All days most of the options where sold out. Could improve their food service and would be a 10/10

Staff was excellent. Always available to help and very knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and wineries. They made our stay super wonderful. Big shout out to Karen, Kim, Mike, Jeromey and the cleaning staff.
The complimentary wine tastings - nice touch. We will be back.

I liked most everything about this property. Fairly small but that's an advantage. All staff we were in contact with were super nice and helpful. EXCEPT the manager. TV went out on first weekend of college and nfl football. Kind of a big deal for me. Woman blamed it on Comcast and said they couldn't do anything about it until the following Monday. She completely blew me off. However reception did return Intermittently, which was actually more irritating than completely down. Just really dissatisfied with her attitude. Everyone else was super accommodating.

Our party loved the hotel and our stay. The hosts in the dining hall at breakfast were very helpful. Pool was kept clean. Loved the cabanas to stay out of the sweltering heat.
Minor drawbacks were the tvs did not get good reception. My mother in-laws tv never worked. And the entrance to our building did smell of cat.
Did appreciate the electric plug in for our vehicle. May a couple more could be installed as there was only 1 for our specific vehicle which was monopolized by another resident.
Overall, great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

We were lucky to get Room 20 which turned out to be a corner room that is surprisingly very spacious - like a suite with a huge bathroom with double sinks and large shower.

This property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious with beautiful view. We had a vineyard view It was so nice sitting on patio with glass of wine. We also had a pool side room which was just as nice. The patio is spacious for all to sit and enjoy. The office manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. They have an outside patio to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy the sitting area in the main hotel. It is beautiful with games set up for fun. I highly recommend this property. It was near oakville grocery and restaurants. We went to RH while staying here for dinner. It was only 8 minutes from hotel. Highly recommend

Hotel staff were amazing showing us directly to our room and accomodating with needs. I didnt realize the main road was so busy so there was some background motorcycle and truck noise. My only gripe was family checking in above us at 11:30 pm and spent 1 hr "stomping" (it seemed) and moving the heavy chairs. I explained thar felt pads on the feet may alleviate this for people on the bottom floor. Overall our vineyard suite room was amazing with great view, huge shower and unexpected heating bathroom floors. Would stay again.

The entire staff was courteous, helpful, cheerful & always willing to go the extra step. The room was large, comfortable & more than adequate. A charming place that I highly recommend.

The place was nice, but the room did not get serviced, which was a little disappointing on our last day. Further, I found out that the pool was out of commission upon check-in, which had been a big factor in why I had chosen the hotel. It was hot on Sunday and would have been nice to just take a dip. They offered to use a pool at a sister hotel, but it is not the same.

Senza Hotel is a beautiful, boutique wine country hotel perfectly located between downtown Napa and Yountville. Wonderful room with gas fireplace and patio adjacent to the pool. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful property. Lovely rooms and bedding. Wonderful balcony overlooking vineyard. Cute snack bar on site with pleasant outdoor seating. Nice hot tub, and pool. Cabanas at pool looked dirty and dingy, so did not sit on them. Walking distance to a nice restaurant

Beautiful boutique hotel in Napa area. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a balcony. Hotel staff were excellent. Very conveniently located for visiting area wineries and restaurants. Downtown Napa is about 4 mile drive from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful rooms and property. I was very happy with our stay. The highway noise is a small drawback but not too bad and the pool could use a vacuum to get the leaves etc. Otherwise, 5 star in my book.

Customer service was excellent. When we checked in really late Fernando was so nice and walked us to our room. Jeremy, Miguel and Swilia were the best answering all our questions about the area and recommending places to eat. They treated us like family every day we saw them. Heated floors in bathroom were a luxury.
