There no free breakfast and the pool water was so cold couldn't use it. If you wanted breakfast you had to pay for it. And it wasn't worth what they changed.

Caught in huge rain storm at a park, came in wet. Clerk at desk worked hard to find our reservation because it had not been forwarded from travelocity. In spite of half the rooms being out of electricity due to the storm, she got us into rooms quickly and made us feel welcome. Good job.

I have to say this is one nice looking hotel room that I stayed in. It was an amazing price on what turned out to be the honeymoon suite. Anyway, it had a hot tub in it. It was simply gorgeous. The rest of the hotel was decent. They have a restaurant with a breakfast buffet. I left before it opened at 7:00 a.m. it looked really good though. This is a wonderful hotel to choose if you were going to Silver Dollar city. That's what I did.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
The property is a little dated but you can tell they are trying to keep it up.

We recommend avoiding hotels.com due to their track record of false advertising. The room we booked was not the room we received, and neither hotels.com nor the hotel was willing to resolve the issue. Hotel staff have stated that this is not the first time hotels.com has engaged in false advertising... Thanks Hotels.com. hotel needs some updates and repairs. Bedroom was not cool enough had to use a fan to push air form living room to cool the bedroom. Bathroom needs some repairs some left over condoms left in one of the drawers in bathroom. Brighter lights are needs feels dark in the room tvs are tiny

I like the country feel. Close to silver dollar city. Quiet for the most part. However my last stay in room 204 had trash stull in the trash can. Both beds had bed bugs. When i told the front deak they acted like it nothing. Not sure i would stay there again

We had trouble finding a location close to our family when we found the best western. Friendly staff greeted us and made us feel comfortable. Most of the guests were there to take advantage of the vicinity and ease of access to Silver Dollar City.

The rooms were clean, I had a black light and there was some old stains in the walls but without the light I couldn't see anything. Check-in was delayed, but I will take that delay over a dirty room, still would be nice to be able to check in on time. Staff was nice. The corridors roof conditions are not the best. Lobby was dirty.

We loved the location & room. The ladies were super friendly & quick for our late check in at 10:00pm. The only negative thing was the mattresses were too hard.

The room was not very clean. The hallway smelled. Carpet was dirty. Shower was very low water pressure. Not very hot water. Nothing like pictures in ad.

Needs upgrade. Flooring in poor condition. Creates an odor. Carpet was stained and something smeared on the wall. Hallways and stairways not clean. There was a chip on the floor when I arrived and was still there 4 days later when I left.

The bedsheets had blood on them and the hallway carpet was filthy. The room and facility is very outdated. The location is in close to Silver Dollar City and is the only way this motel stays in business. We will NOT stay here again.

Branson has always had a special charm about itself. It’s rustic and older with focus on community. This hotel fits that idea. It is in need of some upgrading in the hallways with new flooring and paint but it’s charming. You definitely feel like you have stepped back in time when you stay here, giving a nostalgic feel to your stay.
The bed was very comfortable! The restaurant is no longer complimentary however the staff is so sweet. The scenery is breathtaking!

This is in the category of OK. Surly reception, back part of parking lot where the inly elevator is located looks aand feels like a dark and dangerous back alley. Rooms are dated and look pretty clean but feel dirty. Juat walking around the apartment the bottom of your feet get dirty. Chosen for its closeness to Silver Dollar City and what was once a pretty reliable name. Needs major improvements.

Just ok, really needs updating. The pool area was kinda gross in parts, mildew in water puddles. The front desk was very nice and the beds were comfy.

Was a Great stay, The Honeyroom suite was wonderful you can tell its newly remodeled with amazing bathroom and jet tub!! My tiny lil thing was its summer time and you have to keep ac on the whole time to keep room cool never shuts off kinda loud, it would still be hot somtimes luckily room had box fan to use. And last thing was the floors and tile thru out and my feet would get dirty so fast! Had to walk around with my flipflops most times. And wished breakfast was included or at least more reasonably priced then 12.99 per person, was nice breakfast just not for price. All and all it was still a nice stay.

This hotel is in poor condition. The picture that displayed on Hotels.com doesn't look anything like the room we stayed in. The room had dark wood paneling with walls that needed paint, and a bathroom straight out of the 1980's. I must admit that the air conditioner worked well, but the room was in desperate need of renovation. The hallway was very dark, and the lights were on a motion activation system. The room and hallway smelled musty and there was only one elevator which was located in the back of the hotel. We stayed in room 322 and the walk from the elevator to the room was too long. I cannot understand all of the positive reviews of this hotel. I have stayed at numerous Best Western Hotels, and this is by far the worst! Save yourself some grief and stay at another hotel!!

The hotel advertises that there is a free hot breakfast. We checked in to be told that they no longer offer that, but have a restaurant instead. It was just the typical buffet of items that they used to provide, but charge $13/person. The hotel is in need of a major remodel. The carpets were disgusting; I was afraid to walk around without shoes.
