When I got there, they asked if I needed 1 or 2 beds. I only needed one so they moved me to a room with one bed and that’s all that fit into the room it was so small. I still paid the same. Total bait and switch.

The stay was terrible and deserves no stars. We went to use the pool. Neither Hotel.com or the hotel website said it was under construction and the pool wasn't in use. We also had to switch rooms because our carpet was wet and the room smelled like mill dew. There were also terrible stains on our sheets in our second room. I hope someone can make this right even if its a free stay or money back. We were really disappointed. As well as my boyfriends little girl. We were trying to surprise her to go swimming. Oh and the wifi did nothing for us because it wasnt working. We had to use our hotspots.

Many issues here (5 day stay - end of July 2024) - The room 1st assigned to me smelled so moldy that they switched rooms. 2nd room, a bit more tolerable, smelled musty but less so than the 1st. - Fitness Centre closed my entire stay due to "renovations" "sorry for the inconvenience" sign said. - Outside pool closed my entire stay. Gates locked by Fla. Dept. of Health due to some leakage, again sorry for the inconvenience (note: awarded me $67.23 pool refund). - Back doors (auto sliding glass doors) were broken, could not enter or exit - sign said "Out of Order" please use side doors. Meaning to go out the back you had to walk around to either side of the hotel to enter/exit from the rear. this "out of order" was there from when I arrived to when I checked out. - Family asked why would I even stay in a place like that..? I've questioned myself and can't find any logical answer. May have developed brain damage from the mold I inhaled in the room for 5 days. However I can honestly say I'd never ever go back - Sorry Holiday Inn but all problems point to poor property management - install new management ASAP make the world a happy place..!!!

The hotel was run down the pool was mot open and construction was going on. The hotel did not meet my expectation all at.

The first room we had smelled awful like mildew and the bed linen was damp. There was no shower curtain, no towels, and the tub had about an inch of water in it. We asked for another room. It was better but didnt have a microwave. The front staff was great and brought one up to the room for us. The rooms were less than desirable and very outdated. But they had a sign saying they were renovating. The pool was amazing! Our family loved the pool area. We only stayed for one night. Had we stayed longer i woulda been highly disappointed( considering we had stayed at another hotel the night before that was less in price, much nicer rooms and free breakfast and an indoor pool.) but for one night we could manage. As we were just passing throught on our road trip.

The fifth floor hallway smelled like pot Our room did not get clean the first two days we were there

Didn't like the poor sound proofing especially with a hotel room party going on. Everything else was fine.

Very nice stay. Staff friendly. Very nice pool, rooms clean and comfortable.

Properly deteriorated and in construction. That was not noted on the description. I will not stay there again.

Space was tight between tv stand and beds and there was construction being done on our floor. Morning attendant was very pleasant and helpful but the one during the evening was cold.

Loved the pool and garden area.

Checkin was a breeze , the room was clean and cool already . The staff were really friendly and helpful . I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night . Oh and they have the best pillows ever .

Very convenient to any and everything you’re looking for from Walmart to restaurants and more very well located

The hotel is older; and it shows. The rooms are ok, but could really use updating. To get into the shower, I had to step up 2 steps into a large jacuzzi bathtub. Not very convenient.

Room stunk so bad had to move to another room then after we left to come back key wouldnt work thsy said the guy had us at another room . Asked for boanket never got bathroom way to dmall door hit toilet trying to open it. We will not be coming back .
