Our first trip to Austin and flew in late. Hotel greeting made the long day worth it! The entire hotel was clean and the staff was all very friendly! Would most definitely stay there again!

We had family stay as well and their air conditioning did not work properly and they were very uncomfortable. Our shower overflowed and would not drain. It did get fixed eventually. Short on amenities too.

Here for the Texas v Florida game. Our 3rd stay here. Always a great stay. Clean, friendly & breakfast in the restaurant is so yummy.

Great hotel! Room was nice and spacious with a modernized bathroom. Close to plenty of food, everything is walkable. Really loved this hotel.

Stayed at Omni while attending ACL festival, the hotel went out of their way to provide drinks and snacks (in the lobby) free of charge for festival goers, and anyone else. The room was comfortable, services great, would definitely stay again.

The view looking into the lobby and at offices in the same building was EXTREMELY disappointing. NOT what i stayed in the city for, I expected to get at least some sort of city view… thumbs down!

My room had multiple crickets in it. I found several in my bed. The attitude of the hotel was that nothing could be done. A refund of some kind would have been nice given how much was spent to stay there.

First 2 nights were great, then we got bombarded with crickets IN our rooms on the 13th plus floors! Nasty!!! And also cockroaches. Ick.

We had some issues with the room Including the curtain rod falling and not getting service.

Unable to sleep due to the extreme Saturday night post game street and road noise- Whump Whump car woofers, extra loud “mufflers”, gunning motorcycles etc continued well into the wee hours- even 3 am. I was on 13th floor facing downtown and the racket was really surprising, even that high above the street.

Wonderful hotel. Great restaurant downstairs. My only complaint was that you have to valet your car which is pretty expensive and the first day it took more than 30 minutes for them to retrieve our car. Other than that we had a great stay.

Parking is expensive at $60 per night. The hotel charges a $100 deposit PER NIGHT, not per stay. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. Nice fitness center. I would not stay there again if we were in town.

Tyler at the front desk was AMAZING! I had a meeting that I needed some extra print outs for and he dropped everything to help me out. Super nice, very capable.

We had an amazing experience with Omni hotels! From the moment we drove up to valet to the front desk, all the way until checkout all staff were friendly and helpful. They gave maps and ideas for restaurants in Austin, which was helpful since we weren’t familiar with the area. We stayed three nights, and had an amazing time!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous (king room with balcony/weekday stay)). LOVED that balcony was completely private and could not see anyone else plus an amazing view of downtown Austin. The room was inviting, cozy and the bathroom is super spacious, thoughtful design details throughout. We valet parked-easy.
Our visit was mid AUG and the AC did not disappoint us once! The hotel staff are great. Room service at hr b4 close, fast and very tasty. Great experience.

Staff members very welcoming and the room was very clean and beautiful but the bed was very firm and kind of hurt my back when I woke up. But overall it was great. Oh also the pool in the pictures did look bigger than in person. It was was still great to stay in.

The facility was overall clean with nice modern decor. I enjoyed the bar area which had good cocktails and fresh food. The coffee shop also had great breakfast tacos. I stayed in the Texas Traditional room which was spacious. My only complaint was the refrigerator made a lot of noise throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. Also, the beds weren’t the most comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop pool despite the limited space. Overall, I think the experience was satisfying for a quick weekend visit.

Great hospitality and very accommodating. The staff was fully available and attentive at all times. Everyone made the guests feel wanted and appreciated. The hotel is clean and safe. I highly recommend staying at the Omni hotel.

overall the stay was fantastic, very clean and the staff was very friendly but the ac in the room was not working very good. when we arrived we set the ac to 63 and left to the pool once we came back it was still warm in the room. before going out we turned it down as low as it would go which was 60 came back around 2:30 am and it still wasn’t cool. the rest of our party was on the floor below us and they had the same exact issue. i loved the hotel but the ac not working correctly is definitely a deal breaker especially in this texas heat. won’t be back in the summer maybe when it gets cooler.

The hotel staff were great! My only wish is that they would put chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy it more. Hotel is in a great location. It can get a little loud on the weekends being so close to 6th st.

The rooftop pool was beautiful and a great opportunity to see the city and enjoy the morning after a good workout in the nicely equipped gym.

The breakfast served across the welcoming table is horrible. The fridge in our room did not work and we weren’t place in another room that had one working. So our drinks that we bought downstairs were no longer cold.
