Best price available on short notice. Property could use some upgrades. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Hard to find a parking spot after 8pm. The hotel was dated and that wouldn't have been a problem, but the rooms were dirty. Carpet smelled musty, and what I think was urine (since it's a pet friendly hotel). Ceilings even had dirt spots. Even if they could replace the carpet and put a new coat of paint on the walls and ceilings, it would improve it tremendously.

Staff is super accommodating and friendly. Great, child and pet friendly place that is convenient to the ferry. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice.

Room was nice and clean. I always use the fitness center and treadmill didn’t work. Staff said maintenance would see to it but I don’t think that happened.

Location close to freeway and Mackinac bridge. Friendly staff and was greeted upon arrival. Room and pool area were clean and comfortable.

Convenient and they accomodated our request for connecting rooms.

I didn't like there wasn't an elevator in the hotel. The breakfast was pretty sparse, but it was a weekday.

Place was old but clean. Needs more plugs so bring extension cords. Beds we’re comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

While this property it self is dated. The warm friendly staff and amenities made up for it including a clean updated room. Located minutes from the docks and surrounded by local gems. This place was worth the stay.

This is a run down putdated property. We booked two rooms. The lady at the front desk gave us two rooms after talking to her colleague in a foreign language. Almost sounded like she was being picky. One of the rooms was smelling nasty and showerhead was not working. Went to reception and the ladies just smiled and said nothing. I mentioned the online reviews say you have updated/renovated rooms. She said no the whole property is about the same. The king bed was sagging and had a mattress cover which appeared to be of full size and didnt fit the bed. Carpet is super old! I would not stay pr recommend to anyone. And yes, the second room door lock was all scratched almost like somebody attempted to break in.

It was ok but the bed was worn out with a dip in middle so didnt get much sleep and cob webs in bathroom.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful and explained things well. Room service options were a plus as they allowed you to mark what you'd like replenished if you didn't want the full daily clean up. Like how check in time was 3 PM and how they have later breakfast times as most places I've stayed stop at 9. Great for dog owners. Conveniently located to downtown and bridge to Mackinaw City and Mackinaw Island. Quiet location with a pet area. Clean and well kept main lobby.

The property is in good condition and the staff was friendly.

Our check in was great with a surprise upgrade and that was the nicest thing I can say. Unbeknownst to us, the pool was out of commission, which should have been made known to us prior to arrival. The second night of our stay there was no parking and the clerk had no options for us. Sorry but that’s not acceptable. There should be parking for all guests. The cable went out one night and the next day after returning to our room we asked about it and they said only some rooms were back up and running and if ours wasn’t they would have to come reset it. The last two days in a row our keys wouldn’t work so we had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. You know how long we are staying. Our keys should work the entire time. We stayed 5 days and our room was NOT cleaned at all. The only time someone came to our room was when we requested additional towels and garbage to be collected. There was a sign in the room that said for longer stays housekeeping would come every 3rd day which didn’t happen. The last day there was a leak coming from under our bathroom sink that we reported to the front desk. Oh and there was an ironing board, but no iron so good thing I brought my steamer. There was no dresser in our room, just a TV stand with 2 small drawers so there is nowhere to unpack. Clearly we wouldn’t recommend staying here. Not a QUALITY INN.

Old establishment. Walls are very thin, so the noisy neighbors were very apparent. The breakfast food that was prepared was COLD EGGS AND COLD SAUSAGE and I ate 30 minutes after opening. Other food was limited. IE Milk yogurt. The only hot food was the waffles you made yourself. The POOL was closed and looked like it had been for some time.

The hotel was wonderful and had a decent breakfast. Friendly staff but upon checking in the pool was closed and all day after traveling my kiddos were pretty bummed!

I didn't realize that the hotel didn't have elevators (my wife and I have knee problems) and that the pool was closed for repairs. Other than that the hotel was OK.

The hotel was very quiet.

For what I paid it was fine. Property is a bit dated. Room was okay however the bathroom needs work. Toilet was loose and the hot water was inconsistent. Towels were thin and need replacing. Bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a water hammer noise in the mornin that woke me up. Had an issue at check in saying card authorization was declined but room was prepaid and the issue was with Expedia.

This property met expectations for the price we paid.

Never seen or heard a cleaning crew at any time during our 5 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper. Had to empty our own trash. Breakfast was ok at least was a hot and not continental

We were greeted and felt really welcomed after a long day of driving.

Service at the front desk was great -- very friendly. Dog friendly rooms were a little on the rough side but very nice size and clean and comfortable. We had a great stay with our two big dogs -- very dog friendly property.
