1st night we were in a room that was interstate side, horribly loud! We were able to change rooms the next morning, just sucked starting our trip out with zero sleep on our 1st night. Cant help but wonder why we even got stuck in there to begin with???

We checked into our hotel room and about 5 minutes after we had gotten to our room someone else was entering our room. The front desk had given the person after us the card to our room.

A nice property with bar and room service. Good breakfast buffet. Only negative was a very low, old fashioned toilet

Great stay. Clean and perfect for a quick stay. Not super updated and it is backed up to the highway so I did hear that a little over night but it didn’t bother me too much. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I was not able to control the air conditioner. I had to put pillows over the vents because it was freezing.

Dirty, sticky feeling carpet in hotel room. The rest of the property seemed clean. Bartender disappears for long periods of time and is not friendly or interested in answering questions regarding the very limited menu. Side door to the far side of the parking lot was locked the morning of checkout. So had to drag all my luggage through the hotel and around the outside of the building even after asking front desk staff if this could be unlocked to get out to the parking lot easier. It had been unlocked the rest of my stay, but locked the morning I was checking out. Breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was a decent stay. The dining area was great and the breakfast buffet was very good/cheap. Recommend it.
Only complaints are it's right on the highway so if you get a room on that side & are a light sleeper, the highway noise will keep you up. Had to switch rooms. Also the TV doesn't have a menu/guide, so picking a show requires you scroll channels one at a time - ridiculous in this day and age. Also, there was no indication of any recycling there and all the plates, utensils, cups, etc..in the dining area are plastic/disposable. Lastly, the place isn't cheap...

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with some dated accommodations. The elevator was slow. The staff would not allow us to get a joining rooms though they were promised. We were told it was an option. The staff and housekeeping did a great job.

Fancy hotel! We were in rooms right next to the interstate on the first floor and couldn’t hear the cars at all. Very quiet and pretty!

Service was rated three star as an average. Breakfast food was good and the person managing the area was very good. The evening meal was a different situation. Felt the way it was advertised on web site was misrepresented, had very little variety and when I asked for a menu it was tossed on counter and if I had not stopped it it might has fallen on floor. Left and went somewhere else to eat so cannot comment on food quality

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. A bit older and worn but nothing damaged or in disrepair. Breakfast was your standard hotel "hot" breakfast, but very nice touch to have staff serving coffee and clearing tables. It felt classier than standard breakfast. And the ladies were very sweet and helped my daughter with food allergies finds something safe. Very appreciated!

I had a very nice stay here. Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was clean, shower worked well, and I like the dove shampoo and conditioner. For breakfast there were numerous options and everything was tasty.

They really pay attention to the details. Love the pillows and the options listed in each pillowcase (soft, firm, etc.). The service was friendly and we had a great stay!
