Hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It looked like the rooms were upgraded not too long ago. Beds were very comfortable and really liked the walk-in-shower.

The room and lobby were exceptionally clean and attractive (and smelled very good.) The bed was comfortable with nice pillows, and the bathroom was great. Not sure if the hotel is new, but it felt like it. The heat came up quickly, which was nice on a cold night. It was a nice touch to have crushed ice and filtered water machines with cups available on our guest floor near the elevator. We only stayed a single night but would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in Manchester.

The property is pretty new. Rooms were good, clean and noise free. The breakfast is a paid one in booking, but options were dull. I would avoid additional payment for bf with limited options.

PROs: Check in and out is pretty smooth and no wait time. Room is clean, bed is pretty comfortable (not too soft, which we like).
Cons: The hotel sits right next to the major highway and a casino, cars/motor bikes' noise comes in late at night and early morning.
The bar at the ground floor brings quite a few loud and drunken customers during the night time(it is not even weekend). We travel with baby, hence these all are concerns/red flag to us -- just a note for all the future parents who consider to stay at this hotel.

Woman who checked me in was awesome!! She was friendly, helpful and got me checked in quickly. My room was comfortable and well appointed. Great mattress and thick towels. Also, I had some exercise equipment in my room, a very nice treat.

Nicely maintained hotel. Comfy king bed. Traveling to Manchester for a concert at SNHU, good location from venue with shopping and restaurants nearby. Hard to sleep through noisy motorcycle traffic. Lots of motorcycles speeding on highways until 3am outside window.

We stayed here for the night since we traveled to see a band play at the SNHU Arena down the road. The location was awesome. In the middle of everything and only a quick 10 minute drive down the road to the arena that we actually where able to get an uber there and back for cheap. The price was extremely fair and no hidden parking fees like most places now a days.

The hotel was nice enough, if not a bit sparse on the room decide. Mostly I want the commend the staff. When the AC in my room stopped working on a very hot day they tried reset it and when that didn’t work they moved me to a new room right away. I appreciated that a great deal.

Bed and pillow really comfy, very quiet. Really nice pool and terasse outside. Very clean but bathroom shower has mildew in the corner and ventilation rust. There was a sent in corridor very strong of oil (elevator ) and in the room smelled strongly of dirty feet not nice at all. A good clean on the carpet needed.

Very noisy. Guests smoked by the front door of the hotel and the smoke came in through our AC unit . No one changed our towels. I had to call to get clean towels.

Overall it was a great experience. We went during the heat wave so it took a bit to cool down the room but everything else was great. The facilities including the gym were great.

A very modern hotel with the best beds and pillows. Clean rooms and lobby. Great bartender and friendly staff. Offers airport shuttle which is bonus.

The room was excellent and not too expensive. The staff is great, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a pretty limited menu, so we opted to eat dinner elsewhere. Breakfast was excellent though, and prompt.
The area around the property is not the best, but we didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot. There is a lot of noise from the street, especially from motorcycles.

I was woken up by insanely loud music at 730am that didn’t stop until 815am and when I asked the front desk about it they said it was an employee and they will speak to them. I’m the customer and was just looking for a place to lay my head and rest while I’m on the road and I couldn’t do so because the staff has no awareness for the customer. The front lobby door was locked when I arrived and yes it was late but I waited in the doorway until someone from the front finally saw me. Not a whole lot of attention to the customer and that’s a shame because it’s not cheap staying in a hotel.

We checked out and moved to the DoubleTree downtown.
