Night front desk guy wasnt very friendly and not very nice. And then morning the housekeepers and front desk ignored us at check out and were 3ft away. Not very pleasant.

We have family in Post Falls, so Sleep Inn has been our place to stay for several years. Last year 2023, we had decided to not stay there anymore, it was dirty, staff obviously did not want to be there. BUT upon coming back this year, remodel taking place, very friendly attentive staff made it our go to place once again!!

This was a one nighter for us passing through. We checked in late at 10 pm. The clerk was very friendly, talkative and informative. The clerk that was working when we left the next morning was totally the opposite. Someone needed an attitude adjustment.

We always stay here when we travel to the area. It’s a good price and the location feels a lot safer than Spokane. Been staying here for years and never had an issue. Our rooms have always been clean and staff has always been nice and friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but it had a musty smell and some areas of the carpeted floor were wet. Maybe they had recently cleaned the carpet, but it was not completely dry and the mirrors would fog over when the vent wasn't running in the bathroom. There was also a peach pit behind the door that was there when we got there. Breakfast area was clean and food was good. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Later breakfast time would be appreciated (until 9:30am, instead of 9); no mention of pool or hours open; no late check out available. Staff didn't seem friendly until approached at the front desk. Clean and decent property overall; easy to find and good location.

one best hotels, personnel stuff very good, delicious breakfast, lots to choose, coffe 24hrs, rooms very clean, only concern kids above 2nd level, runníng jumping, very annoying, next time will choose room in upper level, other than this everything just perfect

it was a nice 2 night stay for us going to Silverwood.Good place because we are in the middle of Couer d' alene and Spokane not too far from Athol. Cheaper than others, Quiet and clean. But not until I moved the fridge because it was tilted and found out all the dried noodles and mess underneath. But all in all, it was a nice stay for us. Breakfast was good. They got pancakes, sausage, eggs and other breakfast goodies. Friendly staff. I do recommend it.

Nice hot tub and pool - available 24 hours, with no kids after 10 pm. Walking/biking trail access near the hotel. Breakfast selections were good, but the breakfast area was super crowded on this Thursday morning, and there were long lines to get food and get a table. Overall good value for the price.

We only had a one night stay but would definitely return if in that area again. I would recommend this hotel to others. Everyone we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Our room, the dining area and the lobby was very clean and welcoming.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The place was clean and the room was a decent size. . The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with any questions I had. The pool was a great feature, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind.
However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. I wish the hotel had an elevator, as carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast options could be better; a bit more variety would go a long way. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel.

This place was gross from the moment we walked in. It smelled. Like old smoke, dampness and something I can't pinpoint. I didn't realize the beds were doubles and not queens. The room was tiny. The rooms do not look like the pictures. The walls painted the color "dinge". The breakfast is a joke. Tiny hot, humid room full of people probably all passing COVID around. The food shuts down precisely at 9am and staff were pretty rude about it. The pool was so clorinated we actually saw some "pool guys" in safety glasses testing the water looking very concerned. SPEND THE EXTRA DOLLARS AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I have stayed here before as they were making improvements. Now they look done with the improvements and it looks great! Very welcoming. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The price was great. I’ll definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be to add pillow tops to the mattresses then the beds will be perfect.
