Easy driv up entry and fast friendly check-in. They were able to quickly change my room selection from one king to queens. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfy. I wish you didn't give out water bottles suggesting the town water is unsafe when it is delicious! and safe.

Great experience at the holiday inn!! Our room was very clean!! Front desk staff were very kind and helpful!! Great pool area!! They had many activities for the kids as it was March break!

I’ve never had issues with Expedia bookings before now.
I thought I had booked a room with breakfast included but I was told that breakfast was not included when I checked in.
A fire alarm was pulled by another guest at around 9 pm.
The bathroom door in our room would not close.
The electric plug in our bathroom did not work.
There was nothing I could do about breakfast … an extra $42.92 plus tip.
I understand that the fire alarm was out of the hotel’s control.
I was not offered any compensation when I reported the bathroom issues.
I don’t think I’ll be booking another room at Holiday Inn.

This was a clean and safe hotel. Staff were lovely. Glad breakfast was included, as it was a ridiculous price if we were to have paid for it.
Bathroom was super tiny in king size room. Not sure how anyone of a large build would use it.

Great stay for the Glorious Son's concert. Easy walk to the arena. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff treated us great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas, including front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant. The room was pleasant. The only negatives were the pool and hot tub were closed and it was extremely noisy well into the middle of the night with partiers after a concert. Not really the hotel's fault but the rooms were not as soundproof as we had hoped. Enjoued our stay overall

Staff was very difficult to understand. Room had a broken shower and bathtoom door. Had dinner at the riverside grill and were out of multiple items that i had attempted to order. Not worth the stay even at a discounted rate....

Started changing for parking. Neighbourhood is terrible without much security. Staff (on site manager at front desk) was rude. The cleaning staff were nice. Over priced

We stayed over for two nights, one of those nights being New Years Eve. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids who weren't expecting a completely quiet night, but better than what we got. There wasn't enough security to control the groups of people that came back from the bars and people were running around, knocking on doors, banging in the hallways and stomping around in the room above ours. Again, we understand it is New Years, but there was no one telling anyone to quiet down. Also, trying to accommodate families away from the partying would have been great.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a concert at Peterborough Memorial Centre. The location to the venue is very good. Lots of dining options in the area. Staff very friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Would recommend and return in the future

I will never return to this location. I found the stuff rude and unhelpful. They charge you extra for every little thing, example I had to pay extra for parking. When you're paying over $200 a night. You would think parking would be included. The floors were not washed. When you have hardwood floors they should be washed every time a guest leaves. There is no complimentary water or anything. I'm very unsatisfied with my stay at the holiday inn on George street.

Beautiful location, love having a second exit with a porch on room. Alot of traffic outside on porch of room. No privacy on porch.. needs a fence dividing rooms.

Hotel is showing signs of being run down and poorly managed. Bed linens were not clean, there were hairs and bits of lint in the bed linens. The towels were stained. The coffee make was broken. Caulking around the tub and shower looks like it was applied with a popsicle stick. The sofa was stained. Toilet bowl was not clean! Carpet had dog or cat hair embedded in it. Room 418
