Staff was nice. Muliple Hairs in bathroom floor. Needs updates. No plugs for Cpap or phones by beds.

The staff are wonderful, but I will say it is one of the dirtier Holiday Inn Express’s that I have stayed at. When I got to my room the beds looked rustled up (like someone had laid on them) and the floor had a lot of crumbs and pieces of an orange peel. I asked for a new room and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful and gave me a new one on that same floor and unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t much better. It was very clear that neither room had been vacuumed. At that point I figured since I didn’t see any bugs or anything that it was fine. I will say I did get a text from the front desk asking if my room was okay, so I could have said no, but I didn’t want to be a bother again and figured if two rooms were dirty, trying a third one out probably wouldn’t be much different. I’m usually not picky with hotel rooms at all, but I try to pick chain hotels when I can so that I can count on the cleanliness, so it was a little unfortunate. The lobby area is nicely maintained and looks updated, but the upper floors and rooms definitely are due for a renovation or deep cleaning.

The property staff was very nice and accommodating! The night manager Rachel was very sweet when I informed that our trip was due to an unexpected family loss. Thank you for being an ear and offering condolences ❤️

Walking in we were immediately greeted with noxious chemical fumes of new paint combined something else much stronger in the lobby. By morning those fumes had reached the second floor outside our room. Only one elevator was working so they were directing people to also use the service elevator. But with a baton twirling convention in town, loads of people were coming and going at the same time. The carpets were very worn throughout the entire complex. There was missed debris on the floor between pieces of furniture in our room where a vacuum head could not easily get to. Apparently no one wanted to bend over and pick up and then use the hose of the vacuum to do the job of cleaning right.

It was a clean, comfortable and friendly stay.

The room booked had a strong odor of petrol since they were repairing the roof. The front desk was awesome in they rebooked us another room on a different floor and gave us breakfast tickets for the inconvenience.

Comfortable clean but old. No one answered front desk phone. Drink machines were only on 3rd floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful in person. Nice pool

We are veryimpressed with how amazing this hotel was! The staff were very attentive to our needs, there were so many restaurants and shopping to choose from within walking distance. Also, we had our dog. Usually the hotels that allow for pets are quite dirty and basically 1 star hotels but this place was clean, had nice amenities and super magnificent staff. If we ever would have to travel here again, this would be my first choice .

Everything was excellent I would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly everything was great!

The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was satisfying, and the breakfast staff was helpful. We had not been given breakfast tickets at check-in but the staff told us how to get them.

Pros: Check in and out was great with friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a nice selection. Nicole one of the servers was very delightful and eager to help out. The entire breakfast staff were constantly restocking cleaning and just overall great! No problem with parking and plenty of places around to eat of your choosing. We were there for a high school graduation at Wright State Nutter Center and the proximity was excellent. Cons: The bathroom had no ventilation that we could find so we had to crack the door for the steam from the shower to exit. Although the room was clean the switch to turn the air conditioner on was grimy. There was a little league either soccer or baseball team staying there and the kids ran the halls until after 11:00 pm. Chrissy who was mopping the floor didn’t seem to friendly at all when I told her I was sorry because I had to step on her floor to get to the bathroom. Our overall stay was good.

Quiet room, friendly staff. Carpet in room, was nasty feeling.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean and hotel staff were pleasant. This was our first stay in Ohio, I am glad I chose this hotel.

We’ve stayed at this property many times. We are always pleased. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Their breakfast bar is delicious.

Beautiful lobby, very friendly staff, nice location, safe, plenty of parking, highly recommend. Rooms are scheduled to be remodeled but they are still decent, beds are comfy, bathroom is nice.

Nice and clean, big enough bathroom and tub to not feel cramped. Front door checkin attendent helpful, quick, and friendly.

Nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed in in years.

We were there for an event at the Nutter Center. Super convenient. Had no issues. It was unfortunate that the block suffered from an electrical blackout. But certainly out of their control. I would go back.
