The only good thing is that it is pretty central to a lot of things.

They advertise free wifi in your room, we couldn’t even get 1.0mbps so we just used the 5G on our cell phones but couldn’t connect the laptop and work on anything while we were there. The breakfast was taken by the staff and their children. Overall it was a bad experience and they refused to move us to a different room even after saying every other rooms wifi was fine. The staff didn’t understand what we were trying to tell them. The tv stand was broken so had to put a pillow behind the tv just to prop it up enough to see. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past but I will not be a returning customer.

The back entrance was not very secure. The guest in the room beside us fought all the time and were very loud.

Newly remodeled, clean hotel. Friendly staff. The lobby was being remodeled that weekend, very inconvenient, but Floor will look beautiful when finished. Very comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was good.

The carpet on stairs to the second floor needs to be removed, very outdated.

I think that when putting in our reservation that they should have told us that the lobby was under construction. The smell was terrible. The sign didn't light up and made it hard to find at night.

The hotel was remodeling dabree all over the floor no carpet. Smelt like they had water damage or mold . Door was broke barley got it locked.

the pillows weren't too comfortable but it wasn't the worst. it wasn't the hotels fault, but the people above us were so LOUD when they walked. it sounded like they were doing it on purpose.

Location was good. General condition in common area was clean. The room was clean when we first arrived

The bed was super hard. They promised another mattress pad, but it was twin size for a king bed. Same as what was on there. It didn't help. They never cleaned our room or restocked towels even upon request. Had to go down and have fresh towels brought to us. The computer system was hard for them to use.
