On arrival the staff were very friendly and engaging. Check in was reasonably quick and they even gave my child some welcome biscuits.
The room was fairly standard but comfortable. The view of the river was a bonus. The child bed folded out from a side desk but was not so comfortable because the top of the desk over hung the bed a bit and was easy to hit while sleeping.
The train station is minutes away and goes directly to Arc de triomphe, which is a good hub to access the rest of Paris.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel as there are few issues and many positives.

Very dated and uncomfortable room. Booked it to be close to the Taylor Swift arena but the hotel was not clean, room had horrible smell and the window drilled to the wall so couldn't even have some fresh air.

Room was booked considering that was equipped with full and twin beds, twin bed wasnt there, reality is that is a child bed, for a child not older than 6 years

Confirmation from hotels.com says check-in is from 12 noon.
When I got to there they told me check-in was from 14:00 but that I could pay €30 to check-in early… I showed the staff my confirmation email, but they didn’t seem interested in getting this corrected for any future guests. They even told me I wasn’t the first one… This is clearly a case of false advertising where they are trying to squeeze more money out of their clients. I understand that mistakes can happen but as no-one wants to correct this mistake it seems deliberate.

Good location. Check-in time is 2 pm, not 12 am as advertised. Forgot 3 ties in my hotel room and despite phone calls and emails, nothing is found yet!

Nice standard hotel and right next to Metro 1 line (stop: Esplanade de La Defence), to be able to get into central Paris easily or connect to Gare du Nord Eurotunnel train station). If visiting Grande Arch about a 15 min walk. Room a bit warm and couldn't open windows but borrowed a hotel fan, no issues. Staff really friendly! Lifts busy around 9am. Breakfast buffet okay limited with more Euro types of food, with some scrambled eggs and bacon. Not too expensive. Would stay again. Recommended.

Not worth €190 / £150 a night as its very basic. You dont even get tea/coffee making in the room. No bath just a small shower and all looks very run down.

The hotel is very cozy, I gave over 150€ pr night. THERE IS NO VENTILATION IN THE ROOM NO AC. And you can't open a window. So, just imagin how hot the room is when it's 20 degrees outside. You can't breath in the room. It has been the worst 3 days in a hotel for me. I'm so disappointed. I talked with the staff which is vert friendly. The offer me a fan. But a fan with no, air ventatlion it can't work.

I am very satisfied with my choice.
The location was perfect for me enabling to get my car in a parking in Neuilly at just 10 minutes walk.
The parking rates at La Défense (the hôtel does not provide parking) are horendous.

On 1st night the AC was not working. We tried to call the reception but they were not cordial and eventually they said you need to sleep like that whole night when it was very very hot. The night shift guy was very rude as well.

No towels for the hands, the smallest bathroom, airdryer so old that didn't work for 2 mins straight. Very rigid and cold personnel. Old rooms and corridors that smell like cigarettes smoke. On the other hand side, good breakfast at 10€90 and good position for the metro

Very good location right outside the station just couple of min walk, and that line takes you the the famous places Champs-Élysées and de Louvre under 15 mins.

My major issue was the running toilet and was dissapointed after 3 night that they could not extend my stay for 2 more nights at the same rate.

Good location in La Défense. No restaurant. Staff confused by our booking. Our main stay was booked by one person. I wanted another night before the main booking. That created confusion in the booking system. Took a while to sort out - which it was. On the whole it was fine.

Very small room, deficient cleaning services, missing shower gel in the bathroom - no refill, acceptable breakfast, but a lack of attention of staff - at one time there were no more dishes available, each morning. Interesting and safe surroundings, but unfortunately a continuous building, repairs etc.

Great staff and kept very clean. But the room was tired, bathroom door handle/lock was loose to broken, boarding coming away under shower, curtains ripped. No USB charging points. Didn’t massively impact the stay, just in need of a refurb soon.
