The location was good I didn’t know that the parking fee was separate

We stayed 2 nights. This is an older building in need of remodeling. However, our room was ok and the bed was clean and comfortable. Located in a very walkable area near the Space Needle.

The hotel was clean, nice touch to offer bottled water for free and the stafff was responsive. The location was great. Five minute walk to needle and museums. About a 25 minute walk to the market.

Old fashioned. Looks like it needs some update overall. Safe in the room out of service. Clean.

The beds were too small but the people were nice

I have stayed at this hotel often over the past two decades - it is in a great location. But it is now in desperate need of refurbishment and is hopelessly over priced for what it offers. And this time I discovered that you have discontinued the laundry service - and that the nearest laundry is "10-15 minutes drive away" - which makes the hotel close to impossible to use for a business trip.

Just off of main downtown. Quiet. Shower was very small. Clean, friendly staff.

coffee out every time I went for it and had to wait while it was being made. should make a new pot when others go out. hot water for tea not turned on until 8 am. grab and go meals were good. clean but old interior. good location to space needle.

Bath room marking noises without being used.

They refused to fix the lighting in the bathroom. We had to improvise. The people at the front desk acted like they didn’t care. And I ended up paying over 600$ for this stay. So inconvenient.

great location & dependable service

While the location was ok, the property is very dated and not clean. Many stains on carpets and walls and showers. Poor was filthy, not usable. We wanted to relocate however were unable to find an alternative hotel that day.

Older building. Needs a few upgrades. Over all it was ok and the staff were good.

Staff was wonderful and convenient location.

The only good thing about this place was that it was close to the Space Needle and Chihuly glass and garden museum. This place was a dump! Our safe didn’t work and they just didn’t care… it was dirty, in need of hundreds of repairs…. Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

Hotel is very outdated. Had a light smell to it. No hotel shuttle. No breakfast. If you want a shuttle to the port they hire an outside company and its $12/person.

The last time I stayed here was in 2016, and it’s sad to say that’s it not at all how I remembered it. The property looks like it needs to be updated. The rooms are decent, but need updating. The shower was so small, my boyfriend and I had a hard time showering properly. The wallpaper looks like it’s straight outta the 80’s. The carpet is dated. Only real perk was how convenient it was to walk to the Space Needle.

Very close to the attractions.

The coffee machine didnt work, the hot tub was out of service, there were holes in the walls, mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, something like blood on the bathroom mirror, the shower faucet leaked, the door key didnt work, the bathroom door lock was broken, and wallpaper was coming off. It needs maintenance and remodel desperately.

I really liked the housekeepers who helped us organize our room, even though they didn't speak much English, they were very helpful and offered to take out their phones and use a translation app to serve us more accurately.

Overall, I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The only positive thing about the stay was our proximity to things like the Space Needle. Upon arrival, everything from the exterior to the lobby looked very worn and dated. Check in was quick, but the ride up to the room consisted of more worn and sad-looking hallways. It didn't bode well for what we could expect when entering the room, and the room we were given did indeed fit the rest of the hotel's appearance. Here's a list of what we discovered: -the light in bathroom would flicker and turn off entirely or would not want to turn on for a bit, meaning there was no certainty as to whether it would work while you were the bathroom -the toilet roll holder was sticking out of wall when we arrived, and fell off at one point in the night -a lamp was missing switch to turn on ‐the uncomfortable beds were stated to be a queen size, but didn't feel like they were actually queen mattresses -noticeable wear in room paint and wallpaper peeling, cracks and holes in walls, mysterious staining on curtains -the shower was out of conditioner (the shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner come in dispensers attached to wall that don't show the quantity inside, so it was only discovered mid-shower), the "shampoo" and "shower gel" look the same -tiny (3ft by 3ft at most?) shower stall, the faucet doesn't fit sink correctly so hands touch the back side when trying to wash up Again, wouldn't return. Avoid if possible.

The plus is that it is a convenient place to stay. Close to everything. Con is that it needs to be renovated badly. And the shower pressure needs updating.

The staff handled a difficult situation with understanding and kindness and I really appreciated it.

This property was very conveniently located within walking distance of the Space Needle. The breakfast was a little disappointing (sack with a granola bar, chocolate pastry, orange, water bottle) considering how much we paid for each night at the hotel.

The property is a little dated. A whole mess of cables underneath the night table. The toilet wobbled a little. The staff was good and very attentive. Cleanliness overall was good.

This hotel is showing its age The rooms were clean.. The staff was helpful The hallway smelled like cleaning products The location is good...easy to access ...ample parking The dark brown walls of the hallway made the hallways seem very dark.... The price although not great was good for the Seattle market these days

The only part about this stay that was worth it, was the ability to check in early. There was a charge for it, but it was worth it since my husband and I had been traveling since 5 am. The hotel was not clean. There was zero water pressure in the shower and had to wait like 5 minutes to get some hot water. My husband and I tried to buy a couple of drinks at the front desk and the lady working the front desk was asleep. Do not recommend this hotel.
