Everything was clean except the carpets.Pretty dirty and they need a good shampooing!

The facility as a whole was dirty, room was dirty, even have to question if bedding was clean or changed. Room was carpeted, walking across it made your feet or socks dirty.

Mixed. Was disappointed there was no refrigerator. Room was good. Front desk service was good. Breakfast was a let down. Cereal, waffles and juice is all that was available. No protein. Apparently ran out of eggs before I showed up. Was never refilled in the 45 min I was in the eating area.

The room cleanliness was pretty good, but the hotel is extremely run down. Common areas inside and out are terrible. I travel several times per year, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Hotel is pretty dated and in serious need of remodel. Some areas were cleaner than others, but the floors were particularly dirty, looking like they were not even vacuumed. Definitely a pet friendly hotel.

The room was dirty and lacking furniture, table lamps on the floor etc. We were told that they had a roll away bed and they did not but offered to bring extra blankets for them to sleep on the floor. Hot water in the shower was intermittent. Overall we were highly disappointed with the property.

Loved our room, I leave 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement. Overall was a really nice stay, friendly staff, yummy waffle breakfast. Lovely place, definitely staying here again.!! :)

This is an old hotel. The Capet in the hall was dirty. The pool was being repaired but I don’t think they advertised having one. This place just needs maintenance work.

This is an old hotel that is visibly run down and in need of a MAJOR facelift. It is near railroad tracks that are massively noisy all night long. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I believe the room was overpriced and lacking basic amenities such as a place near the bed to charge a cell phone. There were no bugs, which is a plus. Two guests were performing major auto repairs in the parking lot outside of my window. The lighting is old and dark in the room. Even the elevator left me feeling as if it were going to fail before reaching the floor. This hotel is below the normal standards of a LA QUINTA.

This is an older hotel, but we didn’t have any issues. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night and didn’t have the breakfast, but the late night chocolate chip cookies were delicious!

Staff was great! They were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed linens were nice, and they were clean. Hall carpets were filthy and pool was green. Hotel is directly across from train tracks. Trains going by every half hour all night.

It was horrible. The carpets were wet, the bathroom smelled of vomit, the window didn’t close and we were on the first floor. The room door wouldn’t not latch. The hotel was sold out, as many hotels are in Cheyenne this time of year due to Cheyenne Frontier Days, so we couldn’t even be moved.
