The room was clean, but very much in need of care. There were cracks in the wall, vanity mirror was shattered, toilet tank top was cracked through, and the water would not shut off in the tub. Son went down to the ice machine to get ice and there was a homeless person camped out in there. The front desk called the police to remove them but by then we were done.

More like a rent by the hour type place. I couldn't stay. Had to leave and find another hotel.

Fast check in and staff was friendly. .. pretty clean for the most part!! The bed was terrible and not comfortable at all the pillows were flat and three flat pillows isn’t enough for two people!! There was a roach in our room also!! I would not stay here again!!

Hot water didn’t work, front door poorly sealed made for a noisy room.

The fridge and air in the room didn’t not work great and 2 of the plugs would not work.

Front desk person was verh nice. I got non smoking 1 queen bed room. It was very clean. A little small but perfect for 1 person.

We had to leave in the middle of the night and go somewhere else because of the cockroaches. I killed a couple at first, looked around and couldn't see anymore but once the lights went out they came from behind the picture on the wall, the headboards of the bed, and there were 3 on the nightstand. I called the front office and asked for a room change or bug spray. They couldn't find the cockroach spray and said they couldn't promise a room without them. He said they have been treating them but can't get on top of the situation. It wasn't A bug, it's infested. My 6 month old grand daughter was with us. It was a nightmare.

There was nothing to like about this place. The door had a huge crack all the way around it. The bathroom door didn’t shut. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and tossed on the back of the toilet. The mirror and one lamp were both broken. The microwave and fridge didn’t work. The crack in the door combined with our AC caused the room to become so humid that the sheets and our clothes were damp. Absolutely the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The property was close to shopping malls and had a variety of restaurants around. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The pictures shown on the Internet are most certainly not the conditions that the hotel is actually in. The first room I went to was disgusting, with pubic hair all over the bathroom along with something black all over the tub, it smelled terrible, and the ac was about to fall off of the wall. They put me in another room that was cleaner, but I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and bug spray to clean for myself, since I couldn't get a refund. Never again will I make this mistake. Also, there are some shady people staying there, all around, a complete waste of my money. Oh, I killed three roaches. My bags are still outside, I'm shaking the clothes out and bringing them in a couple of items at a time just to make sure nothing traveled back with me.

First off, they charged my card 3 times. One was refunded, & the other is still pending, so we shall see. I didn't understand why they ran my card for the entire stay when we checked in. The room wasn't very clean. We went to the store and bought cleaning wipes & wiped everything down. The beds were ok as far as comfort. I didn't hear much noise from outside the room. We didn't eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The location of the hotel was great. I don't mind staying in budget hotels, as long as they are clean & comfortable. This hotel had one of the two. I would give them 2.5 stars. The clerks did try to resolve the card issue, so I gave them a half star for that.

Check in was smooth. Room appeared clean but they do not wash sheets between each person, to save water. There’s a card on the bed that says so. My sheets were filthy and when I laid down to sleep there were bed bugs. I checked out immediately at 1am.

8/10 families on our softball team stayed here. We had a great time together! Hotel was friendly, kids played in the back area a good bit, staff was friendly, and all the parents enjoyed fellowship while watching the kids. Room was good too. Bed was comfy.

This is the nicest Red Roof Inn we have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly the front desk clerk and and house keepers. The indoor room access gives you a much safer feel and everything has just been remodeled so it’s very nice. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and commodities. The room was clean and well kept. I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’d definitely give it a 10/10

Very nice stay!! Clean, safe, quiet!

We checked in at 2am durring our road trip. At 8am you could hear the vacume being ran above us. The walls must be paper thin because it sounded like it was in our room. At 9:30 am they pounded on our door yelling 10am check out. Got up, no in room coffee, no hot water left to shower with. Horable experience.

O would not recommend this hotel.

You enter the rooms from outside. People were parking outside my room and was very loud and playing music loud while speaking Spanish and laughing very loud. They also just painted all the sidewalks and we had to walk through wet paint to get to our room. The bathrooms are very little and hold moisture so bad that the toilet paper gets wet. The AC filter looks like it’s never been cleaned. Its not nice at all, We should have slept in my vehicle in the parking lot.

The white woman at the desk is very rude and will not explain why she couldn't rent to me after I made reservations through Expedia

First time I stayed on business travel. I will stay there again. Great location quick to restaurants and all types of shopping.

Workers (possible remodel) were partying several doors down, squealing tires, yelling, listening to loud music, throwing beer cans/bottles. We were concerned for our safety. Large gap between wall and door frame. Rooms did not appear to be very clean. Sheets seemed clean.

Standard room, but the refrigerator didn't work. Everything was pretty typical for a budget priced hotel room
