Breakfast wad good.

After a 12 hr drive it was very disappointing that the pool was closed because the heater wasn’t working. We wouldnt have arrived 2 hours early if we knew the kids couldn’t swim. The hotel should have communicated this to us.

Staff was extremely nice! Very kind and polite.

There is a list: Ceiling bathroom rusted and bad tile Hole in bathroom by the door, tp stuffed in it Tub had an orange ring around and scratches in it by drain ( looks like someone locked a dog in there) Bathroom door messed up by dog Toilet randomly started to leak at the base of tank, like someone was pouring a glass of water. There was a continual leak from the toilet. Sink was hard to turn on, handle was loose Curtains were ripped up. Hall lights on third floor were strobing like they were going out. Door to the room didn't feel like it was securely shut. I was worried about my room being broken into. Obvious signs of previous intrusion on the door. My room did not feel good it seemed like was falling apart. There are more things that were discomforting like the bed. Usually when I walk into a room like this the first thing I do is check for bed bugs. I did not see any, but the mattress underneath the bedding was nasty. All in all I will not be returning. The staff was the best part of the stay.

The people were wonderful and common areas great. Rooms were clean but ours had wires hanging from the ceiling, no stopper in the bathtub, some outlets not working. Even with that we will stay there again.

The beds were fairly comfortable.

Front desk attendant was sick, sweating, and vaping in the building. The gym was closed, the pool is small and looked dirty, there is an overwhelming smell of mildew in the lobby. Walls are thin, room next door woke us up early like 6:30 with their music. Toilet was not bolted all the way to the floor and there was no where to put your toothbrush in the bathroom, sink was super tiny, dimly lit in bathroom.

Bright and clean. Great hot/cold water pressure

Carpet was very sticky/dirty. Bare feet were not an option!
