All around great stay for my wife and I. Only down side was I think the wax coating on the floor was removed so our feet got extremely black really fast.

Arrived late (12:30 am to be exact) because I was at a family reunion and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cool ready for my arrival. My stay was only overnight. Overall a very nice establishment.

Great stay for the cost. Very clean, room smelled fresh as I walked in. It is on the main road, so you do hear some cars driving by, but it’s not too bad at night. Comfortable beds, TV and refrigerator are in room. I was on the ground floor, and if neighbors were above me, I did not hear them. Would stay here again. The staff in the front were very nice.

Unfortunately our room was not at all what we were willing to stay in. Both queen size beds in the room were disgusting. The actual mattress of one bed and a sticky appearing brown substance on it. The fitted cover had 2 large yellow stains on it along with long hairs. Another part of the fitted sheet had a brown/reddish stain on the head part of the bed. We took pictures of everything that we were shocked by. The room itself smelled horrendous. Pretty sure it wasn’t a non-smoking room. The tub had mildew. It was simply a very poor conditioned room especially for $268. We immediately went back to the front desk to ask about the refund policy as we told the employee at the check-in desk that we were not staying at the Quality Inn in Marble Falls. She was very polite and explained that we would have to go through Expedia since we booked the room through a 3rd party.

Front desk lady was friendly. Pool was ok except sat right in front by the road so kind of noisy. Zero amenities like good towels. The main issue was the floors in our room were filthy. We wore our flip flops to walk around. It was ok for one night.

This was just a one night stay, so it was only for sleeping. I can tell the rooms have been updated with laminate floors, which was nice. Between the bathroom and bedroom there is still a little carpet on the floor. Room was clean. A/C worked. Beds were comfy. Overall, good place for the price!

I liked that my room was spacious . Got the room with a king size bed . There was a sofa bed also .. there’s a whataburger right next to the hotel . Exxon 1 min away !! Nice place .

Once in a while a place needs a deep cleaning. The room appears clean initially. However, if you walk barefoot in the house like I do, you would feel that the floor is dirty. The walls and baseboards need a wipe down. On the positive side, the lady at front desk is very friendly, beds are comfortable.

The floors were so dirty that after my shower just walking around room before bed my feet were black. It seemed that the floors had not been mopped in a while.

The A/c unit dirty inside and also one of the bed sheets dirty and the restroom dirty as well. Also the A/C didn’t cool right not sure if it was due to dirt it had.

The bathroom had stool all over it. The front door was open when we got there. A man came later to finish wood frame work while we were there. The beds were so squeaky. It definitely was not worth $200/night and we will never stay there again

staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Neighbors were up loud and extremely loud, but not the hotels fault. Breakfast was just ok, everything cooked in a microwave.

The inn was very dated, likely early 1960's. While the rooms were relatively clean, everything was very dated, and the window AC unit was very very loud. The staff was friendly, the breakfast "OK" at best. No fitness room, the pool had debris in it so we decided not to use it.

Convenient location if you’re looking for a quick place to lay your head, but not special in any way. Outdated but clean enough. Thin walls. So it’s noisy. Staff was nice.
