I didnt like anything about the property it was Hot in there the room was very very small the beds were twins Not Queen the carpet was dirty it looked like it had been Condemned it wasn't a good stay and we checked out the next day i was very disappointed

Realized it is not a Quality Inn despite a very similar logo. Started off with a mouse outside trying to get in the main door. The tub spout leaked hot water. The phone in the room didn’t work at all, so I waited until the morning to let them know. The next morning, I talked with the front desk about it. They said they would have maintenance fix it or move our room. We were out all day. Upon returning, the bathroom was completely wet bc it was leaking out the shower part all day (I forgot to pull the knob after my shower, usually it just goes on its own). Management came up and yanked the handle and felt like the leak decreased (it didn’t). He dried the slippery floor and gave us new towels. I told him the faucet was loud all night and he just said close the bathroom door. I didn’t feel like arguing because I was exhausted. The whole room was humid and moist from constant dripping. The third night, we just left and booked a different hotel. I needed good rest before our long trip home. I checked out at about 10:30 pm and didn’t ask for a refund because I’m sure they wouldn’t and they just didn’t seem that accommodating. The halls smell like mold. The indoor swimming pool makes the whole atrium smell like chlorine. I did like the complimentary breakfast. It wasn’t comprehensive but was good. Receptionists were nice. No room cleaning services were offered. Cleanliness was okay but I kept our luggage zipped and off the floor. The hair dryer was broken.

This will be a hotel to stay at if you are just going to sleep there. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has yogurt, waffles, and cereal that is all you were going to get. The hotel did not have in room, fridges, or microwaves, this hotel basically had all the necessities you would need just to sleep there and nothing else. The pool was very nice and relaxing. If you were going to stay here stay here if you are going to just sleep their only not planning a day by going to the hotel , I would definitely stay here again if I would be traveling through the town location to the highway was very good and was easy to get on and off of

We booked online sight unseen. We just needed a place to sleep as we drove across the country. The hotel lobby smelled of chlorine from their indoor non-inclosed pool and and floor where the room was smelled of smoke and air freshener. My son and I who both have controlled asthma started wheezing within 15 minutes of being there. We immediately checked out after explaining the situation to the front desk clerk. Expedia tried multiple times to contact the hotel for a refund never received a response. DONT STAY here if you have allergies, need a clean place to stay or have any expection of customer care.

This would be my second stay here and the staff is always friendly, and rooms are always clean. It is quite and convenient to food and entertainment.

I would only recommend booking here as a last resort. Some rooms have an unpleasant odor, the tub backs up when showering, and the door handles can be unreliable. The front desk staff is friendly, but unfortunately, this hotel has seen better days and is in noticeable decline. You can check out other options near by for a cleaner experience but if you are ok with just the basics, then this isn’t a bad hotel. But if a neat freak “stay away”.

We just stayed for one night. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable.

Very close to city but far enough away. Was very hot and smelt like pool during check in and breakfast due to the indoor pool. Room was great but could be updated a little and shampoo carpets. Was good price for a over night stay after a concert.

The property was very dirty. The breakfast was pretty much inedible. The whole hotel smelt terrible. No security in the whole place. Anyone can walk in at anytime. The pictures tell a whole different story.

This hotel is extremely old. Not maintained. Door handle and shower fixtures were all almost falling off. Hair on the floor in the bathroom, couch had multiple stains, stains on comforter.

Toilet keppt running all night, bed was noise, tub very dirty, overall view of Hotel not good. Clerk hard to understand & was quick, not to fort coming.

It was very dated. Room to door was broke and gouged my finger because it broke when using it. Went to front desk to get a bandaide and the guy brought me out a tissue and tape. Luckily the manager showed up with a first aide kit. Had to put shoulder into door to open it. No mini fridge or microwave. Couch in bedroom was covered in stains.

This hotel is a vibe and I love it. It's a relic of the 70s and 80s and if you're into that like I am, you've found your Shangri-La. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in a hotel before and the bathroom was huge. They have a very nice pool that is clean. Massive ballrooms and conference rooms. The free breakfast wasn't bad at all. The Home Fries were fantastic. The eggs were standard for a Continental breakfast, as were the sausage patties but some hot sauce will take care of that. I recommend this hotel for fans of Liminal spaces, The Backrooms, and Proto-Vaporwave vibes. I will be coming back to stay here every time I'm in Cincinnati.

When I come to Cincinnati for the music festival I stay at this hotel and have been for the last few years. Let me say that Donna at the front desk is amazing! She is the only reason I come back but unfortunately this will be my last year staying here. The place is going down and the owner needs to put some money into the property. The internet speed is slow and the rooms need updating. Sorry Quality Conference center can’t do it anymore.

The pool area and halls/ lobby area were so hot and the chlorine smell was so bad. Our room was clean however it’s advertised wrong the king room shows pics with a kitchen, but it’s the king suite that has the kitchen. And I’ve never stayed in a hotel where there was no mini fridge. Other than that it was a decent stay

Keys wouldnt unlock the door to room took several trips to front desk to just get into the room. Once in the room sheets on bed had stains and hair on them. Told front desk about it. Had to walk to the front desk again to get clean ones and had to actually take the other ones off and put clean on..... didnt know i was getting a second job when checking in.

The staff and service was good. However I wasn't to fund of the upkeeping in and outside of the hotel.

I liked the convenience for Blue Ash and the expressway
