The location was excellent, and it worked well for our stay. Rooms were well appointed with microwave, minifridge and coffeemaker. Great breakfast. There was so much noise the first night, however, hardly slept at all. Second night was fine and slept well.

Needs a renovation and my room wasn’t cleaned very well.

My family was very shocked at the condition of the room. The entry door for room would not securely lock, the door apeared to have been pryed open as evidenced by the rubber seal being split. In order to seal the door, it was necessary to lift it up and push. Within 30 minutes of arrival I went to the desk to inform of the condition. After reporting the condition of the room, I was informed that there were no other room options available and that the door could not be prepared until the next day. My family felt that this left us in an unsafe and vulnerable condition. When requested to be placed in another hotel, I was informed that leaving would forfeit our prepaid funds, however, due to the unsafe condition and no alternative options, we made prevision to check into another hotel. At checkout the next morning, I asked the desk clerk when would someone be sent to fix the door, and was informed that the night clerk had not reported the door as needing repair. Management should be aware of their liability for not correcting this after being it was reported. The cost to the facily would be high. This was a devastating start to a planned vacation. Very disappointed and shocked with the cavalier attitude of the staff at the Walla Walla Quality Inn.

The stay at the Quality Inn was just "okay" - we were on the first floor (which is the second floor for them) and we had a very thin ceiling above us where we heard everything from the T.V. to bathroom use.

All and it was acceptable. I didn’t expect much more than that In fairness it was.....okay

Didn’t get to stay payed 278.31 for two night receptionist wouldn’t even check us in the receptionist. Also tried to charge me an extra $250 for a pre-authorization for my debit card. He was also very very rude. He had no customer service skills and he did not refund my money at all and neither would the site. I then called and complained about it and the receptionist at the hotel that he had my money and he wasn’t gonna give it back to me. I ended up losing about $300 and I have not gotten it back at all. I do not recommend coming here.

Property was clean, staff friendly and room cozy.

Well placed property in easy walking distance of downtown Walla Walla. A great variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, and wine tasting rooms nearby. The free breakfast was very well stocked with good variety. The building could use some updates, but that's also reflected in the price.

Close to town. Easy breakfast to start the day. Great go to place to stay.

Check in was delayed by 40 minutes.

Property was very run down, no elevator and grounds were very dirty. Wasn't impressed.

House keeping need to be a better job to make sure theirs no stains on their sheets or hairs in the shower.

Facilities were great Nice quiet place in picturesque Walla Walla. Close to down town and near the hospital. Our stay was for a hospital appointment. Only disappointed because of one staff person

The room had a bad musty damp smell

Convenient to downtown, restaurant right next door, ample parking. Good price. It is starting to show some signs of neglect, with stained carpet. Hoping the owners put a little money into this place, rather than letting it slowly decline.

No elevators. Limited parking. Property clearly needs updating.

The room was supposed to be on the main floor - have knee pain issues, it was on the upper floor. The bed was way to soft - didn't sleep much...

Maybe worth $80 a night but not $170!!!

I called on Tuesday to inform my son & I would be arriving late…they said no problem up to 3am is fine. I even called when I was an hour away. No one at the property was answering the phone and after talking to a remote site operator they connected with Walla Walla hotel to confirm my late arrival of 1AM. When my son & I arrived we stood outside for 15-20 mins as we were locked out of the hotel and again no one was answering the phones onsite. I had to then again get connected with a remote operater and they were able to get the staff to open the lobby & check us in. Even then it was not good customer service and the room was very old and I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a great stay. I had to go upstairs to my room but it was only flight of stairs from the lobby. They have a pool and fitness center. The hot breakfast was good with omelettes and hash brown patties and lots more. My favorite part was the shower massage.

Older hotel. Room above was noisy from the people. Could hear the TV next door and upstairs. Tiny room. 125

I liked that it was so close to the concert we attended. The beds were comfortable.

Convenient location. Carpet on stairs between 1st and 2nd floor really needs to be updated. Looks awful.

Staff were very nice and helpful- room was pretty big, bed was comfy. Plenty of parking and short walk to downtown. Breakfast was also really good, lots of options!

The hotel is close to downtown and walking distance which was great but the quality of the room for the price seemed a bit high.

The property is beginning to show its age. We’ve stayed there many times over the years. This is the first time that the room had no place to sit other than the bed so we were not able to have any of our family that we were visiting come visit us.

Room was clean. Kids loved the pool. Staff was great, except for the manager. We had several families staying for little league district baseball tournament and most said he wasn’t very friendly with them either. We might have to look into a different place to stay next year.

Much nicer than clover Island in Kennewick

Staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was fully stocked and facility was clean and well-maintained. Location is quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our baseball tournament needs and slightly less expensive than the newer hotels on the other end of town. Would stay again.
