Hotel was clean and relatively quiet considering how close it was to an airport and that there were families present. Breakfast was hot and plentiful but the eggs/protein/potatoes are not recommended due to relatively poor quality (watery/not crispy/mushy respectively). However, for what it was, it was a good stay. Price was very reasonable and staff were efficient. Rooms were cleaned and hotel maintained well.

We arrived to a VERY Friendly Hilton Representative! She went above and beyond. We recommend that she PLEASE be recognized for her helpfulness, friendliness and recommendations. You do not come across many folks that are as SPECIAL as Viviana!! I did send an additional email to the Chief Engineer at this Hilton location. I told Mr. Cedeno that Viviana was AMAZING!

We were a bit disappointed with the room's lack of sound insulation, as we could easily hear noise from the neighboring room. Additionally, we encountered spiders on the bed, which we had to remove multiple times. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel could address these issues.

Really nice hotel close to airport. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Only complaint would be limited dining options around hotel but they do have a few takeout menus available.

The stay was fine, clean and comfortble room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's a pretty good pub nearby. They gave you complementary water as you checked in. The shuttle was a problem. Read the small print in their instructions to get the name of the outsourced provider. Hampton Inn is not on the front of the van. It does appear as a small sign on the side of the van. I encourage Hampton Inn to highlight and forefront the name of the provider on their instructions.

I needed a place one evening before flying out the room was incredibly comfortable. Awesome bad good air condition. Awesome shower and the shuttle service to the airport was perfect.

Fine stay as I had a flight early out of Ohare. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was a little stuffy but would likely stay there again.

The stuff of the hotel was amazing, great service, great job, the only thing was not okay, was too much noise till 2 am, i believe is a soccer tournament in someplace in Chicago and a lots of people walking around the hotel making a lots of noises till 2 am, I'm a soccer fan, but i need to have respect to the others while are sleeping, overall was a great stay in the hotel, looking forward to comeback one day

This hotel was ok the room that i was assign wasn't really up to part i can tell that the housekeeper did a rush job. Front desk staff was great but engineer couldnt get my television to work. Complimentary breakfast was cool as well. Besides the noisy guest next door to me it was an decent stay.

First room had strange odor in it (musty/urine smell) kindly the staff reassigned us to a new room which was much better. Location is good , room was clean, safe place to sleep in our overnight in Chicago. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This was a very comfortable stay. It was a hot day and they gave us water. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We stayed there for the airport shuttle, which was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation to stay there again.

I liked the way the room felt so safe and clean. I loved the peacefulness of this property. Staff was cooperative too.

Clean hotel, free parking and breakfast. We liked that they start serving breakfast at 5:30 - after a ling cross-atlantic flight our sleeping schedules were off and it was nice not to have to wait until 7 to eat.
