I have stayed there in other 3 opportunities, 2008,2012 and 2015 and it just got worse overtime. Last night besides smelly room, to top that, there were no light bulbs in the bathroom, next morning by the time I checkout I told that to the front desk and in response they already knew that and nothing was made.

When I arrived there was nobody there to open door. No phone number it was a disgrace and I felt unsafe in the neighborhood And went back to town as couldn’t gain access. I should be refunded as a gesture of good will

Everything was pretty simple. The staff were lovely whether it was 12pm or 12am.

The key cards kept not working and the bed made me wake up feeling stiff.

Afordable. Convenient location near the airport. Excellent for the arrival or departure dates.

it was nice and clean, we got a mini fridge and the beds very very comfortable

the bathroom door didn’t shut and the planes going overhead all night could get annoying- but we did understand it was there before booking

The room was disgusting

The room key didn't work and then the door was stuck and unsafe and the television didn't work. The floors were not clean and the bed had marks on the covers. Apparently people actually *live* at this property, (there are signs to this effect in the lobby - not cool) so you can hear all their fighting, fussing and gaming at all hours. Finally, the property is literally right under the flight path to O'Hare, where the jets roar overhead at roughly a few thousand feet... one right after the other. Thank god I had to leave at 3 a.m.

Was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been in. Did not get any sleep. Extremely unhappy with the room and the constant airplanes flying right over head. Buyer beware as you get what you pay for
