I was in town for a family event and the hotel was a very comfortable option for a two night stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the heating system was a little complicated to figure out. Also. There was not a vending area or bottled water available. I would stay there again

We stayed for 2 days before we went on a cruise. The hotel is about 45 min away from port they did help us set up transportation to the port but it was $80 for 2.

Comfortable beds and immaculate, soft bedding were the best features of this hotel. All of us slept very well. Otherwise the hotel is average: nothing was bad enough to complain about. Given that the price was a little lower than the local average, I would consider staying here again.

The Hampton has gone way down hill. The chemical spray smell is overwhelming and the carpets are so dirty.

I realize this hotel is only a mile away from the airport but if you are a light sleeper this might not work for you. The room they put me in felt like every airplane was flying through my room. I asked for a quieter room and the desk people were SO ACCOMMODATING!! The best they moved me to a quiet room in the first floor! Thank you I will be back but ask for a first floor room!

In room utilities were limited and staff could not guide to make it functional. Good items for a vegetarian were limited and all items were kept together with other meat preparations. An additional $50 was requested on check in inspite of an Expedia reservation that did not clearly state this. The only saving grace was the location and the shuttle service.

Property is near the airport with good shuttle service. Dining options are limited but we walked half a mile to Sharp’s Roaster which was god. Hotel prices for snacks are ridiculous, eg $2.50 for a dollar bag of chips, so bring your own. Room was clean, roomy and quiet. In room coffee pot and coffee not very good.

Hotel staffs were very nice and kind. However, Hotels.com had a wrong room description. I booked my room because it says ‘one king bed and one sofa bed’ but this hotel doesn’t have any room with sofa bed. I ended up getting a roll up bed.

Great location for a day in Seattle using the light rail from nearby Angle Lake station and returning rental car to airport. Buffet breakfast was more than I expected and was really good. Noise from airport was not intrusive.

This hotel was really busy with Travelers and the lobby was always full and frenetic. The staff was not unfriendly but also not friendly. Hotel was old. Rooms small and cramped. Beds small. Pretty sure comforters were not washed; they did not smell clean. Pool small. Hotel next to train tracks and airort so noisy

Chainlink fence around property as area is unsafe. One guest's car broken into overnight. No plastic cups in bathroom, no soap for sink. Desk personnel very pleasant and helpful.

When you see a broken down display fridge in the lobby you know the Hotel is not going to be will maintained.

The place was nice. The lobby area is a little outdated. It was quiet. If you have a car they will charge you to park your car there. There are other nicer hotels that do not charge you parking.Next time I’ m in town I will stay at the other ones that I have stayed at with free parking. Your already pay over 200.00 dollars to stay there there is no reason why they should charge for parking when there is lots of parking spaces. There were only 4 cars parked where we parked .

The property and room overall was fine. However the air conditioning in the room would not stay on, thus causing me to wake up hot in a 76 degree room multiple times throughout the one night i stayed.

It was a good, clean room. Would say services, Breakfast, and communication was fairly average. Wish they had a place to fill water bottles outside of breakfast though staff did provide a complimentary water bottle. Hours for the pool were unclear - staff chose to clean the pool mid day making it unavailable and this was not communicated to desk staff. Very close to Angle Lake station which was helpful.

Overall, this hotel was just fine - clean and a reasonable price. However, I had urgent business that couldn't get done because their media center was out of order. Next, we signed up for the 5am shuttle to the airport. We arrived downstairs to learn that the shuttle left at 4:55 and would not depart again until 5:30 and we nearly missed our morning flight. We were never told to be in the lobby 5 minutes early or we would have been.
