It was really nice, comfortable king bed, breakfast was ok, could have used some hash browns but very clean. The lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch. Very welcoming and right next to a Crackle Barrel restaurant. Would stay again!

Went to Maine just to see Stephen King’s house and have lobster rolls. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful guiding us around town to make our trip eventful. The breakfast buffet is always a bonus.

This property is dated and worn. It's fairly expensive so should be maintained better. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok but the dining area was nice. We were disappointed the shuttle is no longer a service.

The area of the city where this hotel is located seems to be a bit run down but, the hotel itself was decent and good value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We have been visiting this property for years! However, this year we found one nice addition and one downgrade to everyone.
The good item is the improved breakfast! This hotel now has one of the best breakfast selections. Very nice upgrade!
Now the downgrade... they will only clean your room after 4 days and only if you ask. So, you are living in squalor while you are supposedly on vacation. This is sad. Real sad for us because it will be our last visit.

The front desk staff was amazing! Very informative upon our check in. The ladies, especially Sarah, made the check in experience way above average!

We have stayed at this hotel for years but it is starting to show its age. This time, the beds were very uncomfortable and the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. I picked up (and disposed of) a pill of some sort that was left/dropped on the floor prior to our visit. They have a newer policy that the rooms are only cleaned every three days. We were not fans of that! We do still like how close it is to everything. It does have good qualities, like the fact that their staff is lovely and the property is safe.
