Room was in terrible condition. Dirty, holes in walls, shower gross, no cover on a/c, no toliet paper!

The stay was ok but a after check out still have not received deposit back for security deposit and we left the room needing a bed made

The door lock did not work, renovations in rooms going thru all night till morning, very noisy. Dirty room, did not feel safe there. If there was a minus star rating, I would give it - 10. Avoid it.

Room was 'fine'. Bed was comfy. Cups, glasses, kleenex missing. Halls and building...very tired. Needs attention... some of which was offset by price.

Dirty and dangerous hotel. Lots of suspicious people around. There were flies in the room. The door wouldn't close and the TV didn't work. The shower water wouldn't heat up. There was a strong chemical smell when you entered the room. Terrible. How can Expedia have a hotel like this as an option? The room looked like it was in a dirty basement. The only good thing about the hotel was the bed. The breakfast was a joke. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I only stayed one. I had to change my plans. They should demolish this hotel and build a new one.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible, worst ive ever had. Elevator inspection was expired by 6 months and when the pushed the floor button it fell out. Rooms were kind of clean. Hallways were nasty

It was a little bit dated, rooms were not very clean, I don't think my towels in the bathroom were really cleaned, looks like somebody just refolded them and put them back on the shelf so I never used them. Bathroom floor had a bunch of hair on the floor behind the door, bathroom's not very big. Woman behind front desk was very helpful though, staff was actually pretty nice.

Pretty clean and cozy. It could definately use a new handyman, really shoddy workmanship. Of the continental breakfast choices of cereal, waffles, biscuits & gravy (no bacon, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt) I took a taste of the biscuits & gravy, but just tossed it and settled for coffee. Grabbed a bite elsewhere.

Rooms was nasty they had roaches from small to big tub was nasty I would not stay there ever again rooms that's condemned by the city with notes on the door this place is run down.

The staff are awesome....the rooms are clean and they have free breakfast...

The night manager who we found out was the overall manager was very rude upon check-in. We had to wait for him for 20 minutes and continually ring the bell and call to let us in. Then when he checked us in said we didn't have a reservation until I showed him the confirmation. Then ended up basically tossing the key to the room at us, barely speaking to us. The condition of the room with falling off pieces of the wall broken tile in the bathroom where when we stepped in it came up on us. We tried for 20 minutes to get the TV to work until finally turning it around and realizing it had no power cord attached to it. The floor had leftover animals food on it that was never cleaned up. Dirty q-tips where the Kleenex box should have been inside the little cubby cut out for it. All of this led us to take approximately 20 pictures of the conditions that when we checked out we complained. The assistant manager that was working was wonderful. She was very upset about the conditions of the room as the cleaning crew clearly did not clean correctly. The repairs is something she has been complaining about. she requested that we email the pictures to her personally so that she could have it taken care of and then advised us of the instructions to request a refund through Expedia and that if we called while she was on shift she would approve it so we could get a refund. She truly seemed like she cared and was upset about the conditions and our stay.

This property is not in a good state of repair. Lobby Front door handle was hanging by one screw when i arrived. The gal at counter said maintenance guy went to hardware store to get a screw. And later that day, the inside handle was now hanging loose as well with no outside handle at all. Only got worse from there. My room was a disaster of poorly executed repairs. Bathroom sink faucet was not attached to the counter at all! Nor the bathtub faucet either. Broken bathroom floor tile, hole in bathroom door, hole in wall sloppily patched and unfinished, just to name a few. It seems they don't have things under control.

The place looked dirty, the elevator didn't work, stairs smelled and extremely dirty to name a few.

The hotel is very dated. There are holes in the wall and the hallway smelled like marijuana .

I think that maybe there were rooms under construction some rooms didn’t have any carpet on the floor. The bathroom was filthy dirty and it was just unsanitary. Also, the TV was missing.

Landings had trash and were dirty. Room had stained sticky floor. Some furnature stained. Shower curtain stained. Rod for tolet paper was missing no towels. TV stuck on one channel. Room phone did not work.

I sidnt get to syay. They were completely booked a0nd had no rooms available.

When I arrived, I could not get in to my room because I couldn’t open the door (maintenance came and said “Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.” There were stains on the bedding and furniture. Everytime I walked across the room, my feet stuck to the floor. The staff was very friendly and did what they could to help and the breakfast was decent.

This place was terrible, nothing like the photos on your website. We walked into the room, there was pieces of paper scattered on the floor, the bedspread had multicolored stains on it, the carpet was torn and raggity, smelled. We refused to stay and demanded our money back. Would not let my dog stay there

I wish I could give zero star. Room is so worse that I mistook it for a public restroom. My brother and I book two different room and both room had blood stain, sweat stain, human hair, pet hair. Was hit with a pet/human urine smell upon entering lobby and the room as well. They quote “smoke free” but I highly doubt it when we were met with cigar smell. Do not book this hotel. I’m not the type of person to judge others but only the sketchiest of people book this hotel. I regret booking this hotel and definitely will not come back. Do not book this hotel at any cost even if it means the death of you.
