Convenient location and reasonable prices

Very convenient location. Facilities were clean.

The non-smoking room Smell like a smoking room. The area was okay. I would not stay here again. Everyone was very nice but I don’t trust parking my car here.

They remodeled since we were last there and the upgrades are very pretty inside the rooms. The fact that the room comes with a bath mat for in the tube was an absolute game changer for us since we had a toddler. The front staff accomudated our request for a first floor room because we have a toddler. And then proceeded to offer us a cot and extra bedding if we needed for the toddler! Wonderful service and the continental breakfast never misses.

Nice breakfast

We had the suite room and it was super spacious. Was a great fit for all 5 of us. The included breakfast was delicious, my husband was enthralled by the pancake machine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry was convienient for washing team uniforms between tournament days. Tasty resteraunts nearby.

Free breakfast. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the rooms. Thank you for the fresh towels. The pool was heated.

Everything was dirty, started cleaning out our room before we had checked out. Will not be staying here again!

Great parking

I'm not sure where these pictures were taken but I don't think it was this hotel unless they were enhanced. This was not originally a Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean but doors are old. Noise from outside luckily ended early enough to sleep but interrupted us all evening. This is next to another hotel that also had cars with loud stereos.

Quiet. Easy access to freeway and dining.

Not all guests are considerate regarding the noise they make in the middle of the night. Otherwise, a very good place to stay.

Dirty and run down. Guy was yelling at the employee when I got there about the service. Room felt unsecure, open doors, hallways and elevators gave access to public. Adjoining room door didn’t close well… and at some above me took a shower and it sounded like a tornado was flying through my room for over 20 mins. Sheets and beds felt dirty, bathroom was gross

Elevator wasn’t working.

Thanks for not allowing pets. Makes this property much more sanitary than pet friendly hotels. All hotels should imitate this property’s sanitation practices.perfect10!!!!

Outdated and in need of upgrades. We have started to only choose Holiday Inn Express Hotels because of the quality, but this location didn’t meet expectations. It seems like they took over a motel and didn’t bother to make the upgrades. The 1 elevator was out and we have mobility issues and had to climb stair to our room. No advance notice. The clerk said it was on their website, but since we booked through Expedia it was their fault we didn’t know. The heater was so loud it kept me up all night. Bed wasn’t comfortable and it was a terrible nights sleep. Thankfully we only stayed one night and won’t return again.

Elevator was out of order but breakfast was amazing!

Overall a good experience. Room was nice and clean. Only downside was the elevator renovation was not yet completed so up and down 3 flights of stairs was a pain.

We paid for a room with a jet tub and it didn’t work.

The property is somewhat dated BUT the rooms and breakfast area are so clean! Front desk staff and the breakfast room staff were extremely polite!

Rooms have been renovated since the last time I’ve been there which was about 2 years ago excellent job love the new furniture, breakfast staff very friendly and I loved the breakfast buffet had so many options. Overall a great stay will keep coming back on future stays!

The room was dirty and dated, there was no thermostat in the room, and the curfew was not enforced at the pool.

The property was continuing to finish its renovation which is very well done. Outdoor pool only. Our first room was on the second floor of three. When we arrived on a Thursday night there were few guests. The staff seemed to be putting all guests in the same area of the second and third floors. Due to the noise above us we requested to be moved. In first room (226) the towel and toilet paper racks were loose on the walls as well as bathtub spout. For an extra blanket only a thin red blanket was available. In second room (336) it had none of the issues as in first. There is an elevator and luggage carts for use. Breakfast room was modern, clean, tv’s, and had a good selection of food. There are first floor rooms with handicap parking in front of them.

Wonderful experience. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness. Breakfast was very good.

Notnused to doors opening to the outside elements. 1st room had urine stains. 2nd room had lady bugs...

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! We had a room with a jetted tub which we weren’t expecting and that was so nice! Rooms are spacious. Will definitely stay here again!
