I don’t know where to begin. It was horrible!!!

The room and the parking lot was disgusting. There were no towels in our room and they did not have any when asked. We were supposed to stay for a week and ended up leaving the next day. Never again

I didn't like the roaches in my room along with the overall service. It was false advertising for the room type and amenities.

My stay was not good the room had knats all inside of it and it had a very strong animal smell. They switched my room and the other room had hair all in the sink and the sink wasnt clean. I was extremely disappointed

This place needs to be condemned!!!!

It took me 20 minutes to check in. 15 minutes of those was spent waiting for the person in front of me to be checked in. There were 4 others behind me that I felt sorry for. The person checking us in was extremely slow. The room was dirty. Makes sense why it's so cheap.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing either I definitely go again and it’s worth the price so I have no complaints

The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional, she was talking with a friend on her phone via Bluetooth. The blanket on the bed was dirty, see picture.

The lady in the office was absolutely wonderful. But there was trash everywhere and cigarette butts all over the place. Towels outside on the floor next to the trash cans. Trash can lids were lifted up and the bags were on the floor next to the towels. The room smelled wet and no toilet paper. Someone was arguing all night, we couldn’t get any sleep

Me & my Husband always stay here if we are staying at a hotel and we like ve everything about it. The staff during the day are always nice, respectful. Janet that works at the desk during the day is the one we love dealing with when we have to go to the desk, always nicely dressed and respectful, she always has made sure that we had a nice stay. I'd like to add that this place isn't just kept nice and clean but it DO NOT HAVE ANY BUGS OF ANY KIND even though we haven't brought our dogs with us we always see other people that stay here with cats or dogs, and that says a lot about a place that allows pets but is still kept clean and doesn't smell at all. Thank you to the staff and management that has worked hard to have a hotel that is affordable,clean, smells nice in the rooms and allow pets.

We felt unsafe, it was noisy, at about 2 am when we arrived. People wandering around looking shady. Inside the room stunk like body odor. We didn't even walk all the way in. We tried to cancel it, they did but did not refund us our money. We found another hotel after sleeping in the car The rest of night.

Filthy, heat not working, bed lumpy and no blanket, not sure linen was changed microwave broken, tub and sink and mirror filthy, not vacuumed, and desk clerk wouldn’t get off phone as she was yelling at someone while she checked us in, sooo rude! Stay far away from this facility!!!!

The employee's were great, very friendly. The place is very sketchy. Dirty outside and everything smells of cigarette smoke. Even inside the room. The AC/Heater thing was very noisy, even though the room was a bit chilly I did not use it. Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient parking.

Stay away! This place was ridiculous! I literally left at 1 am in the morning cause I couldn't take it anymore. Don't let the pics fool you. It seemed as the room to my left had a frat party and the room to my right had a serious domestic in progress. I felt like I was in a bad movie. Creepy people standing in the breezeway everywhere. I understand I didn't pay no top dollar but for over one hundred dollars a night I should expect to get a few hours rest on my way through the State. The room was ok. It was clean. I can't say too much about the staff besides the young gentleman that was working the front desk during the night shift. When I turned my key in and told him the reason for leaving in the middle of the night, he was very polite and understanding and wanted to accommodate with another room. (At this point i was done and ready to get home)The way he shook his head, when I told him why I was so angry, told me that this wasn't the first time he heard these type of complaints. Red Roof Inn once was a nice chain from what I remember. I guess those days are long gone. Management for this particular property should invest in Security to patrol the grounds and keep the peace for people who would like to get a few hours of sleep.

Dirty room with holes, stains, and burn marks. Management wouldn’t refund total trip as I waited two hours to complain.

My bed sheet was dirty the room stink like a bunch of smoke shower curtain was dirty I was not satisfied at all

Homeless people living under the stairs. The building needs to be condemned.

Hallways were filthy, garbage all over the floors. Dark and disgusting room. Bathroom was not clean, hardly any water coming out of the shower, worn-out bath towels with holes in them. Stay Away!!!

Generally quite dirty and not a well maintained property. Area did not feel safe. Opened my door in the morning around 7 a.m. to find two homeless persons sleeping just outside my door. Would definitely recommend finding other accommodations.
