House keeping was extremely rude and tried multiple times to try and get me and my wife to leave early and would just walk in without checking if anyone in first then another one was rude and kept talking to me in a rude tone will maybe I might come back I’m not sure yet but untill then watch yourself guys with the housekeepers

The ladies at front desk were very nice and friendly. They also were very thorough on giving me information about the hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Nice hotel by the main road so everything in the area was easy to get access to. The people at the front desk were very nice and explained everything in detail for us. The room was bigger than I expected, which no complaints here! Everything about the room was great! Bed was great, a/c was extremely cold, storage space was a plenty, had fridge and microwave in the room, bathroom was nice. The only hangup I had was the shower was challenging, water came out fast and then it took a while to drain but it was minor issue. Area was quiet and I liked how our room faced the parking lot so we could keep an eye on our rental. Hotel was great and will be my go to choice whenever I stay in Del Rio!

Very disappointed. Property is having repairs made. Large piles of construction debris in the parking lot. Workers bbq’ing in the parking lot / loitering / noisy. Didn’t feel comfortable to stay with kids. Asked for a different room on the property, which was granted, but not an improvement. Ended up leaving (no refund) and paid for losing at the La Quinta (recommended).

They offered the restoration online so you could only stop by the office and pick up your keys but then when you get to the property, you have to register yourself again and less another 15 minutes or so. Close the offer breakfast and there’s hardly anything on the breakfast room

The room was cold and was stocked and prepared when we arrived. We did have an issuse with the toilet over flowing and flooding our restroom. It was reported at 8:40 am and not resolved until 2 pm. We were fortunate enough to have family in another room to use the restroom at for the time being. Breakfast was not up to standard from most hotels we been to. Over all for the price point it was a suitable stay.

This property was in a nice and quiet area. The property was clean, however, the toilet required multiple flushes. The pool was really nice and refreshing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and breakfast had multiple options and was very enjoyable.
