breakfast fair, location not so hot, staff friendly and helpful
room poorly lit with dark colors and a bit shabby furniture, ceiling water stains, broken door frame, non-functional table lamp, cottage cheese on ceiling, old and dated needs a re-build

The size of the room is generous, and the bed was very comfortable.
Despite being on a main road, we were located well away from it on the eastern side, avoiding the hot sun on the window.
The air-conditioning was fairly quiet and very effective.
Lights that didn't work, and the towels are tiny and very poor quality.
The location is very ordinary and the pool located beside the carpark was overlooked by all units on the eastern side and used by very few.
Breakfast was extremely ordinary.

Prefer hotels that do not have outside entrances to each room. However, this felt safe, was very clean, bedding & furnishings were very nice, staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent.

Very noisy with road traffic and neighbouring guests throughout the night, the breakfast was very uninspiring and limited compared to other Best Westerns that we have stayed in

The night, daytime & housekeeping staff were all amazing with great customer service skills!! It made the stay better!
The pool wasn't available due to cleaning but that's it.

The property was close to where I was working, so the location was great. The rooms are all updated and remodeled.
The rooms are very large and roomy. I felt safe in the well lighted parking lot.
