Quick check in and out. Clean room.

Not Great. I won’t be staying here again on our next trip to Seattle.
Check in and out was easy and concierge was helpful and friendly.
Room was underwhelming with a small TV and a bathroom that stunk.
When dining, our waiter “forgot” our appetizer during 1/2 off happy hour and we got our main course first. Waiter had the nerve to ask if we still wanted the appetizer and we were charged full price when we finally received the appetizer.
During breakfast the head waiter came out and informed us that that they wouldn’t be serving a hot breakfast that we had paid for. We attempted to get a refund and they could not give one. Less than 15 minutes later we see hot food coming out and head waiter was extremely rude when we got our breakfast at that point saying “ are you happy now, we have hot breakfast for you”
Not what I would expect from a IHG hotel.

Really great hotel for layover at SeaTac. Walking distance from airport (10mins) and late night bar/restaurant. Room was great and well equipped gym.

It was an overnight only stay but the working staff during our time was awesome and helpful.

Besides the hotel undergoing renovations which were not disclosed upon booking, we were woken from our sleep at 3 am due to a fire alarm going off. We jumped out of bed and raced outside where we met the security guard who said we could go outside and that it was due to someone in the kitchen. We got back to our room and our beds when it went off again. This time it was turned off quickly, but the damage was done. Called the front desk to see if we needed to leave and they said we did not and the alarm was due to someone drunk pulling the alarm. Second alarm was because fire department was resetting. Next morning we saw some people working on the alarm in a maintenance closet (on our way to breakfast). Manager on duty said he could not refund any of our stay due to going through a third party for booking (hotels.com). Interruption of sleep for false alarm is unacceptable.

The front desk was really helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport made it all so convenient.

Stayed here just for one night due to long transit hours. The hotel is really old and dated, does not seem clean. Carpets looks really dirty and I did not feel comfortable even if it is just for one night. Would avoid this hotel in the future

Staff was great shuttle driver was nice and on time. There was a blood stain on one of the pillow cases is my only gripe just didnt use that pillow.

The hotel was good! They offered free shuttle from airport and gave us good advice on using rail and monorail to get downtown to Space Needle and attractions. The room was clean and bed was good. The only downside was dinner at on-site restaurant. We ordered and after 40 plus minutes with no update on food, we had to flag down waitress to ask where food was. After it finally arrived, she never checked back to see if it was ok. The food itself was great, just need more attentive staff.

The AC sucked in the airplane exhaust, because the location is closed to airport and when planes took off. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay for me; I smelled it inside my room most of the time.

There was a significant delay in getting the shuttle when we arrived at the airport. We ended up taking a $30 taxi to a hotel we could basically see from the airport. To be fair, the airport itself was a complete mess with lots of construction, which I am sure contributed to the problem. The rooms are small but clean and sufficient for a night or two before or after a flight. Breakfast buffet was good, and service was fine.

When I was using the restroom the edge of the flesh bottom scraped off a chunk of skin from my fingertip which caused a lot of blood and scared my kids. We strongly suggest that your hotel improve this equipment in the future to eliminate the safety hazard.

Very pleasant front desk staff and the dining room for was amazing, truly fine food so far abve other hotels. Recommend going there even if not staying there. Congenital shuttle service to airport as well. Very pleased with my choice to use it, would again.
