Looked like mold in the room and on the bath towel. The hotel wasn’t busy but yet they put me into a room next to people who partied ALL night long…they smoked so much pot I could smell it strong in my room. Gross!! I didn’t bother complaining bc I was traveling and only had 4.5 hrs to sleep. So I needed to just suck it up and try to sleep bc I had to get up and travel again. Would NOT go back

The other lobby is like a construction zone with things stacked around. Doesn’t look welcoming.

the front desk was very proffessional.

Toilet was no clean. No tissue, window was filthy, mold in the shower, carpet was sticky, smelly at night

So dirty. No blanket for bed. Residual bug spray on night tables. Hole in the wall. Literal hole. Dirty. We arrived at 11pm xq and left. Desk person was super helpful and understanding.

My stay here consisted of a lumpy bed with 2 very small and unsupportive pillows, along with roaches both dead and alive.

Just an older hotel that has seen better days. Stayed 3 days and never saw room servic and neither did the room.

Walking in the rain to check in and finding note on door that you check in at a different location.

Entire hotel is just dirty. Had to check in at Baymont. Got bug bites on me. Floor & carpet are dirty and disgusting. Holes in the wall everywhere. Microwave is semi broken. Took forever to check in and check out. Hotels.com overcharged me.

The room was disgusting and dirty. There were holes in the walls, brown lump of something on the curtains, stains all over the floors, the sheets had stains on them, the pillows were lumpy, no proper door on the bathroom… the list goes on.

The pits. The room is the size of a hospital. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the entire motel is dirty and run down. It’s cheap for a reason but you would have more comfort sleeping in your car. We had an 18 day vacation and this was the absolute worst place we stayed in.

I loved the experience with the employee that checked me in. She was polite, knowledgeable and very professional

My friend and I stay here for one night and first thing in our room specifically room 251…it smell weird and the toilet paper have blood stain on it…?! even on bed too and the AC don’t really work properly also the wall have small holes and the shower seem need to be fixed. we feel unsafe cuz we felt the heavy thud next few doors besides us. and we change the room it was better but we got itchy and feel unsafe because the door in the room, the door knob is loose and the bed itself have stain and my friends request front desk to get new bed sheets and blanket but the front desk say they can do anything about it. also the bed sheets ain’t fit the bed..get the right sheets size to fit the bed. bathroom in new room is nice but unfortunately i spotted a bug probably cockroach crawling out of the sink and shower floor dirty too. disappointed but do better just take the reviews more serious. sorry not sorry i wouldn’t come back here ever again.

Checked in , first room…. No sheets on bed , garbage all over room, smelled like the carton of cigarettes someone smoked before they died … possibly a staff hangout or something …. Got another room… no toilet paper , no Kleenex , door moulding missing / broken , room not as advertised at all

I like that Anna at the front desk was able to refund my first reservation. Breakfast was nice. Rooms are outdated, but I did not like.

This place is disgusting. The carpets are all stained, the heating/cooling unit was missing the top cover and looked like it had black mold in it. There were two tiny sized square things they had for pillows. It was so bad we didn’t even stay!

The place was very dirty, room was musty smelling, run down property. Do not waste your time staying here

Amazing staff alot of help . Great night sleep 😴😴

We had no water the entire stay, could not flush toilet or take a shower or wash up of any kind. We was told we get no compensation for the inconvenience and was directed to check out on time as we was dirty from not being able to clean ourselves, very upset with management

It was filthy, the breakfast certainly wasn't breakfast other than for the cooks kids. No coffee, no buns, dirty and noisy. Worse was that there were a ton of ants in the sink, disgusting.

Both rooms smelled of smoke, beds were dated and lacked support. My pillow was stained when cover slipped down. Did not have shuttle service to the airport as advertised. Free breakfast was limited to 7 -9 am

It was a decent older hotel.
