Nice staff. Room is dated and in need of some cosmetic maintenance, but comfortable.

For the charge we paid, the hotel was outrageous. There was long hair everywhere on the floor, in the room, bathroom, floor was very dirty (my soles were black within a minute of walking barefoot on the hardwood floor!). Paint was peeling in the bathroom.
Hotel staff in the breakfast area did not speak English at all. They could have had at least one person that could?
I have not had such a poor stay at paid accommodation.

The staff was friendly but service was a bit lackadaisical. The place is functional but very run down. I thought the rate we paid was extremely steep given the conditions, but I guess they can charge such rates given the location.

I do not understand why the breakfast times are different for weekdays and weekends. On weekends, it starts late by one hour.
The room was average. Two lamps to serve 90% of the room. It felt dark most of the time. No AC/heater. Bed comfort was below average.
Breakfast was good. Spa center was awesome. Housekeeping service was great.
With over $150 bucks a night, I expect better.

We stayed on 8/9/24. There was no air conditioning during our stay. We had two fans in the room but it was still uncomfortable. For the price paid, I do not want to be sweating all night from lack of AC.

Bed squeaked with every move, shower falling apart, door lock broken, window screen twisted so bugs could come in, dirt all over complimentary body lotion, hair on the sheet.

This is a good hotel to stay at Mammoth Lakes. It's clean. Its staffs are nice. Breakfast is good. If I would go to Mammoth Lakes again, I'll stay here again.

Everything worked as it should. Place just seemed a little tattered not thoroughly cleaned often. My little baby sons get got gnarly black just running around the room. Overall it's okay, but for the price I expected a little better.

The location of the property is good, close to some food options, and walkable to the Village area. The breakfast was good too. However, the AC in our rooms was not working; they had provided fans but it wasn't comfortable.

Very rude front end staff. No AC in the room during the heat of August. There was a greasy film on the floors in the room and the towels and sheets had dirt marks on them. Would not recommend.

It was fine. It was exactly what I expected of the hotel and exactly what we needed at the time however I felt that the price was very expensive for what we got. It’s a basic hotel. The air conditioning wasn’t working. That wasn’t an issue and they had fans in the room so we were quite comfortable. It was just a high price for what we got.

The hotel was fine, the room was spacious and closer to the 'Village" and within walking distance to the restaurants. Breakfast was what you can expect from a chain hotel. The staff was friendly. They provided extra towels etc. when we asked. The hot tub could use more maintenance. Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening were a nice addition.
Not having AC was an issue for us. Even though they had provided two fans it was still too hot in the summer.

Nice location for both ends of mammoth. Walkable to restaurants and trolley and a half mile to the village. Convenient under the building parking. Rooms were pretty average with painted over disrepair. Tub wasn’t clean when we arrived with hair in the drain. Service was terrible!!! No towels in the spa area and the breakfast was miserable all 3 days. Kept running out of cups, milk, peanut butter, waffle batter, juice, coffee, yogurt, etc and no one around to refill anything or tidy up tables. I had to look in cabinets for coffee cups myself. Tables filthy and trash overflowing. Need more people working the breakfast room!

For the climate thay did everything possible to make your stay comfortable, ( during an unusual heat wave for the area.) Both front desk clerks were very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast gravy was an extra plus.

Older hotel that hasn’t been updated in a while. No air conditioning. Staff was friendly enough, but when I arrived, I informed the front desk that we would only be staying one night even though the reservation was for two. They couldn’t cancel the second night, nor would they refund me the cost of the second night. I won’t stay here again, nor will I recommend anyone stay here.

I made an overnight trip to Mono Lake from Wawona. I booked specifically for the AC as listed in the website. Got there was offered a discount because there is NO AC. Okay I was too tired to figure out different accommodations. Then there was no hot water till 6:30 and in the morning the coffee machine was not working. Three unexpected and inconvenient events. Will not be returning there next time I'm in town.

We were given a room next to a garage with construction material and they started doing construction in the room next to us. We could not sleep from toxic fumes from new construction and had breathing problems. This property is a death warrant for certain clients. They also locked out the room on us and keys stopped working. We will never stay here or recommend to anyone.

Front desk was very nice. House cleaning ladies were also very nice. Now for the not so good. Ice machine was broken. Their were exit signs but no exit, weird. All in all the rooms were decent but the place as a whole just felt rundown. But again, staff were great.
