Service is very slow. You should consider 1 hour waiting for a conditioner.
Shampoo, conditioners and accessories are basics. You should call the front dest for every thing as there is not enough in the room. Booked for 4 person just 2 towels were in the room.
It is a wooden structure building, and it shakes when someone walk on the floor above you and you can hear the noise. Noisy beds. Noisy pipings. Uncomfortable pillows.
The building is clean because it is a new building.

The accommodation was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was two different times for the complimentary breakfast and was easy to confuse the days so we missed breakfast every single morning.

Overall, a great palce to saty with very attntive staff. TH only drawback was the surrounding community. At night there some homeless folks around loitering near the hotle.

We thought our refrigerator wasn't working. One staffer, Mohammed, showed genuine concern and suggested/ offered various solutions. I much appreciated his interest, which was genuine.

Selected this hotel due to its price and proximity to Halifax, where we were spending the next day to visit. Were greeted by Mohammed at the front desk on arrival and this gentleman was very polite, nice, and accommodating. Unfortunately, there is no elevator on these premises, making it more challenging to carry suitcases up the stairs. Clean comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was adequate for this style of hotel. Recommended.

Location was good, and breakfast was better than expected as hot food was available. The front desk staff was dismissive, rude and unfriendly. The pull out sofa bed had food crumbs and the mattress was well past its usable life (terrible even for a sofa bed mattress!) We will not be back to this particular hotel.

I have stayed here about 35 nights in the past 2 years with our teacup dogs without problem ..
This time I reminded them to take the pet fee the agent at the desk told me it was included .. 10 mins later to call my cell and ask if I had a pet ., that IT ( my dogs ) were no longer allowed at their hotel and since I was only staying 1 night it was fine however We Were NO Longer Welcomed at their hotel .. which is not acceptable and rude to tell a client ..
This hotel used to be packed with people and very friendly .. this time it was empty ..

My husband had surgery and was happy to have outside access to the room. It was hot outside and under other circumstances we would have sat outside in the lawnchairs provided. The room was nice and cool upon arrival. The included breakfast was great. There were lots of choices. Large tv and the fridge was a little larger and had a light...its the little things. Overall great value!
