Very nice accommodations for 1 night. The provided breakfast buffet was far more than we imagined and it was obvious the hotel's manager gave considerable thought into ensuring the quantity, quality and variety met every dietary need. Thank you for a most pleasant surprise.

The staff was friendly and helpful but we had to switch rooms because of a broken toilet seat and no one to fix it. The next room had a loose toilet that I was able to tighten myself but the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning and updates. Then we found a flea on one of the beds.

Front desk service was ok was disappointed in the fact they didn’t or wouldn’t give out extra blankets. Rooms were clean. It’s just some where I’ll stay again just wasn’t worth the money

Room was not cleaned daily had to ask for clean towels! Our last day/night there we asked that the room be cleaned and upon returning the room was not cleaned and once again had to ask for clean towels!

Hotel was OK, but there were a bit too much of activity around the property, that did not contribute to the feeling of personal safety, or safety of the parked vehicle. To be fair, nothing had happened to the vehicles, so it was just a feeling of being unsafe. Otherwise, clean, nice hotel.

The breakfast room television would not, could not be changed from Fox News. According to staff, that's Best Western corporate policy. We will never stay at another Best Western, ever again.

Everything was fine for my two stays on 6/11 and 6/13 except that on the the morning after the first night I could not get the shower to work because the part that converts the spout water to the shower was missing. I had to take a splash bath to be in time for my morning appointment. On the morning after the second night I had to really pull hard on the handle that converts the water to a shower and the cold was hot and the hot was cold. On both occasions I pointed these problems out to the desk and they apologized and said they would fix them.

They turned us away, at 11 oclock at night, because their internet was down and they could not verify our reservation. Bad, bad, bad!!! No apology, no nothing. Had they given away our reservation?

Room was clean. Only bad thing is every time we flushed the toilet we had to take the lid off, and pull the chain to help fix the flapper such as broken on one side. Definitely needs to be replaced. Besides that, everything was fine.

We just needed an affordable stay for our weekend to nova. This hotel served its purpose. Free breakfast was standard and convenient. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hot water never ran out. Carpet pretty dingy but we didn't care.

Great place to stay. It is a quiet area, plus the air conditioner is quiet, which you can't say about more expensive places. The staff work hard to keep things running smoothly and are always pleasant.

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of two power outages, one for an hour after my early evening check in during a storm on 6/16, and a longer one the next evening without explanation from the staff.

There was construction going on in the parking lot and we were not told at check in that about which area not to use for the next morning, Somebody had to wake us up to inform was to vacate the parking area and move the car to the other side

The staff is helpful and accommodating. The rooms are older and show signs of age (old toilets, mid-80’s carpet in the halls). Clean, safe, restaurants in walking distance. Met the need of staying overnight for a show in Bristow.
