Fabulously friendly each and every time I walked in or out of the building.

Hotel.com says it’s a pet friendly hotel but no where does it say it’s $25 more if you have a pet. All staff I encountered was very nice and pleasant. Typical hotel breakfast.
Rooms were fresh and updated. The one thing that was really annoying and I mean annoying was the sound of the shower from the room next to us. It sounded like a jet plane was spooling up! And this went on for almost an hour. I’m not sure how many people were in the room, but it was sooo loud. Seems like the hotel was updated or in the process so they could have addressed the sound deadening.

Everything was okay; nothing horrible or great. Price was excellent for the area. It was dated but mostly well maintained, except for water damage from leak all down the corner of one of the walls. They did have an outdoor firepit which had 4 seats, a nice touch. Also evening cookies. Breakfast only lasted until 9:30 so we missed it.

Check in was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable. Very good location. It’s just that it is a very worn out hotel. It needs to be refurbished badly.

In the area to view fall colors and explore the area. This hotel was central to everything we wanted to do. The hotel is an older property, but it is in excellent condition.

Floor was wet in the first room they gave us. 2nd room they gave us hadn't been cleaned, trash cans were sitll full from the previous people. 3rd room they gave us smelled like urine and the floor was also wet. We ended up booking at a different local hotel and got a refund here. Will not be returning.

This place is disgusting. Smells like wet dog, carpet stained, pillows smell like mold. I would never stay here again.

Room is very clean, The only issue that I had for my family was the air conditioner filter was built up dirty. I did clean it. Other than that it was a great place and a great stay.

Needs some updating carpet wise and wall paint. Also did not have privacy curtains on the windows. Being on the first floor (even tho it backed up to a wooded area) I was not able to shut anything. It had sheers but still felt exposed especially at night when you can’t see out. Bedding was clean and comfy.

As bicyclists needing a place to do laundry as an expectation and washer broken down and had to transport laundry to laundry mat with lots of traffic should be a priority to get fixed. We wished there was at least a hot tub!

Room was musty. Outside covers on AC's look rough giving an outdated look to building. Carpet in hallways dirty. Cooling unit in room was short cycling. Bed was comfy. Overpriced.

Running out of eggs the first hour into a 3 hour window for breakfast is poor management. Not everyone wants to arrive at 6:30 a.m. to eat.

Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable. A nice breakfast area with a good selection of items available.
Room was in need of update as wall paper was curling and window drapes shredded by sun rot. The exterior needed paint/staining. For the price charged more was expected.

I would like to start off by saying the staff were all very friendly and kind but that was the best part. The room had a horrible smell that smacks you in the face the second you walk through the door, it was awful, the room was so outdated bubbled up and peeling wallpaper very dingy and rundown looking, the hallways looked the same the smell was not as bad in the hallway but it was still noticeable. I would not stay here again.

The Quality Inn is a beautiful hotel however it needs an update inside. The staff and breakfast offerings were great but the overall atmosphere was one of needing a shape up, carpets etc.

Our stay was pleasant and convenient, exactly as promised. The room is spacious and clean, with two comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, a fridge and a microwave, and plenty of room for our dog to stay with us. Allowing dogs on the premises (including in a very spacious backyard, on the leash, with plenty of poop bags available) is a big plus. This is perhaps the only hotel in the area offering such a convenience. We will definitely keep coming back. Thanks for being so welcoming to our dog Phil (a yellow Lab).

Room furniture was filty dirty. All the walls were painted dark hunter green to hide the filth. For the price of these rooms the condition was completely unacceptable.

Great hotel! Would have given it 5 stars, but there's no elevator. With young kids and luggage, that was difficult. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Great place for dogs! Employees are extremely friendly. Quiet area but not far from town and trails. It is an old hotel and even with some obvious updates, it’s more like an old motel. No storage areas. Cords from tv hanging on wall, with a small tv. Grout from construction not cleaned up properly. No trim, so you can see all the mess ups. Coach and curtains were dirty. Our door was white but all the other doors were a different older color- which makes us think it was under construction. No elevator and we were on the second floor, dragging stuff up stairs. I hope they can get a complete renovation because it has a ton of potential.
