Room did not look like posted pictures.

I used to stay at Red Roof all across Georgia and the Carolinas. I forgot how comfortable itt was to stay here. Very clean. Room smelled nice, clean towels, cable, wifi. What more can you ask for? Ohh and my bed was super comfy!

It was a very basic room but comfortable and clean. Good value for the money

Tired and rundown; dirty floors and very old furniture. Very soft, old mattresses that really need replacing. Holes in the linens. At least we saw no bed bugs! Service at the front desk was friendly. Would not recommend.

The stay was fine

This was my 2nd stay there, that night was rough first our key pad on the door went dead took about 30 mins to get in our room, then our key didnt work after that, at that time i been up and down 4 times.. Then there was young adults out side all night long loud as could be literally all night long i didnt sleep well.. Disappointed in our last stay...

My room had roaches running around. Not a pleasant experience

The smell left in the room by whatever cleaning agent they used was so strong and overwhelming that it was making me sick. I had no choice but to checkout 15 minutes after I checked in. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Red Roof Inn in Toledo off of Secor is centrally located to everything i wanted to do and see, the rooms aren't spacious, the bathroom is little, but it's nice and clean and at a good price. I'd stay there again.

Location and price

I chose this property based on the ‘good’ rating on Expedia. This property is old, unkept, and rundown. Pulling into the parking lot, I immediately knew this choice was not at all what was presented on the website. I could see, hear, and feel the springs in the mattress. I felt something stick me twice and discovered there was a hole in the mattress and there was a metal spring poking out. The drawer handles were removed and drawers were screwed shut. I was told “that’s just what they do in the basic king rooms” and was given some random hangers. I asked to switch rooms but was told they were fully booked. The drain in the bathtub was clogged so I was standing in a pool of water during every shower. In order to get clean towels, I was required to exchange my dirty towels at the office. Speaking of the office, you couldn’t enter the lobby until you were buzzed in because the doors were locked at all times. This was my first time visiting this area and I was really disappointed in the quality or lack there of at this Red Roof Inn.

The place looked like the refuge of homeless people. The metal of the building was rusting. There was visible damage to the walls in the unit. The door had moisture damage. I literally slept on my dogs blanket because I was scared to sleep in that bed.

This property is very dated.The overall impression is that it needs cleaning up, painting, and repairs. It is an old-style Red Roof dating from the 1970s.

This property is out dated to say the least. There were many residents. I have no right to judge anyone’s situation but the overall vibe was loitering and begging as soon as we exited our vehicles. Aside from a quick mediocre check in the first room we were given we had to ask to be relocated.10 mins in the room we noticed several ants and other unidentifiable insects crawling on the top of the covers. The gentleman at the desk apologized and switched us to another room. Upon bed checking and refrigerator check we noted the stale smell of pall malls lingering with a hint of disinfectant room spray. Takes me back to the 80s at my MeeMaws house. The real sweet treat was noticing blood smeared on the bathroom light fixture along with human fecal matter on the “fresh” toilet paper roll that I had to replace at midnight because why would we let 8 ply’s of grade f toilet paper go to waste? Am I right or am I right? 0 out of 10 would highly recommend spending the extra money. Staying at this property was like doing a walk of shame. I was disappointed in myself for making such a poor decision to save $80

Room had a really bad odor. Only 2 small bath towels. No fridge. People arguing and loud during the night outside. Great area with alot of food options.

I was concerned about staying here. I booked this before reading the reviews. I saw several negative reviews. My experience was different. This was a great place to stay. Checking in was easy. The gentleman was polite and helpful. The outside of the building is old and rundown. My room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe. There was a Culver's right across the street and other delicious restaurants within easy walking or driving. I would definitely stay here again.

Reserved a non smoking king room. Upon entering the room, it reeked of smoke. The bedside tables were filthy and sticky. I had to clean to room and go and get some spray to kind of get the smoke smell out. It didnt help. Also appeared that there were some long term renters there. Rooms have no fridge or microwave. Was never supplied with the wifi passwaord. Drawers on the dresser were screwed shut. Room is very small. The bed is the whole room.

We had a good stay.

Awesome place to stay for one night. Close to lots of food. Room was VERY CLEAN. And the price was perfect. Staff was friendly.

This day was was comfortable didn't understand why my phone didn't work anytime I need a new towel you had to bring the old ones down that was kind of new for me overall it was all good thank you

Building was rusted out. The room I was in had a smell so bad I could hardly stay in. The door was hard to open had to use a lot of pressure on door handle. Cigarette buts in parking lot in front of door to room. Holes in wall not fixed.

I couldn't even stay at this property, I was scared for my safety, was completely run down, grass hadn't been mowed in weeks.

If I could give this sorry excuse for a hotel a minus 0 stars I would! I got the hotel to visit for a funeral. Upon arrival the hotel is clearly outdated and the rust is appearnt from the outside of the building. The hotel was barely clean and water would not empty out of the shower. The toliet does not flush.To make matters even worse when I got into the bed I was bit by a bedbug. The conditions were so deplorable I left after barely a few hours in the room. The clerk at the desk was so rude and refused to issue a refund and banned me from the property. Please avoid this place at all cost and read the reviews before booking.

Front office people at RED ROOF are usually great and this man was right from the start. The condition of this red roof inn was poor but served what we were looking for.

It wasn’t what we expected for the price

The staff was nice and there's plenty of choices of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, but this hotel is rough. Room pics and listed amenities show a small fridge but there wasn't one in the room. Very bare bones.
