Missing headboards &
slow and wobbly toilets & the stench of marijuana was strong.
However the people were nice & the bed was clean and comfortable

Good location. Very nice people. Older hotel but was clean. Pet friendly. A lot less than the other hotels around it. Stayed there several times.

The room don’t have strobe fire alarm for deaf people. The people who work there really nice and friendly. The breakfast is not so perfect. This place is just ok to me.

This is a very convenient location for us when visiting family in the area. It is an older property, but it has always been clean and comfortable. The staff is also friendly.

Basic breakfast, had breakfast burritos that were in the fridge (mildly cool to the touch) that packaging said to keep frozen, hope no one got food poisoning on those. Otherwise basic waffles, muffins, breads and cereal.
Desk not always staffed, forgot my key and couldn't find anyone to get me a new one except for what i think was a family member of the owner who had a master key to let me in my room.
Basic accommodations, you get what you pay for. Close to mall with shopping amd dining options!

The room was very nice quality and the Towels were changed every day and the bed was made and the room was generally cleaned and fresh.

It was very comfortable! It was clean and provided a good breakfast! Easy to check in and out! Close to a lot of Restaurants!

Our stay was pretty average. We were visiting family in the area and needed a pet friendly hotel. The price of keeping our dog with us was cheaper than boarding. The breakfast was standard yogurt, cereal, waffles, packaged breakfast burrito, coffee. The lobby was hot. There were two ac units in the lobby. We turned one on. I got the feeling that they were trying to keep costs down. Hotel was clean. Outdoor pool looked nice, we didnt get to use it.

This was a quick, inexpensive, overnight stay to see family. It had a decent continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. Air was good & cold. It's an older hotel with decent bathrooms & pool area was not huge, but fine for our grands to get wet in the heat. Exz tly what we needed for the right price.

People were really nice. The surfaces, sheets and towels were clean, but the property is in disrepair and the furniture is rough. The couch and desk chair in my room looked like they were picked from the curb. Price was less than others in the area, but not enough to justify the disrepair.

The American flag outside the property is an embarrassment, I have never seen a flag in a more despicable condition and I spent three tours in Afghanistan. I informed the front desk that they needed to replace it and how they can give it to the Boy Scouts or other organizations to dispose of it properly free of charge.

This is an older hotel but is clean and friendly. My only complaint was a musty smell in our room but adjusting the air conditioner and a spritz of body spray solved the issue.

The property needs updating. The floor in the room was very sticky plus there was either a box full of pine tree deodorizers or something they cleaned the room with but the scent was too much.

The staff were very kind and it was easy to get in and out of!!! No bugs, but the room needed a good vacuum and a good clean in the bathroom. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The hotel was pretty run down and definitely needs to be updated. The lobby was decent, but the rest of the building was very outdated and needed obvious renovations. The bed was very uncomfortable and I normally sleep like a baby when I stay in hotels, even cheap ones! Our last morning there, I woke up with the worst back pain and I never have issues like that.

Everything is disgusting from the sheets, curtains, towels. The floors are not clean. It was so bad I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned my room myself. Wanted to wash the sheets but the washer did not work. The lighting is bad, very dark room.

I booked quality inn via hotels.com. i was in TN to see my sister before she passes from Cancer. I am on a budget and needed soething for a whole week. The front desk staff were very friendly. But the ladies that can to service the room had a communication barrier. The only way i could corresponds was via google translate. This was difficult. The bedding was tattered and we constantly were given 2 towels for 3 guests. I would pass on this hotel for your stay in this area.
