Location was great. I loved that it had a small kitchen in our room. The room was very clean and the room size felt spacious compared to most comparable facilities.

Breakfast was very minimal in the last 30 minutes of serving time. Would have been nice if it remained open with options throughout the breakfast time frame.

Our son moved to Hixson a couple years ago. We have stayed at many different places while visiting the grand children. The TownePlace will be our go to now.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. We loved that the room had a kitchenette to cook in the room if wanted.

I booked a king room. I did not expect a kitchenette to be in my room, so that exceeded my expectations and was quite helpful in storing, reheating, and cooking food.

Traffic noise was loud. The doors to the rooms were very loud when they shut. They couldn’t be shut quietly.

The breakfast was just okay. Maybe more selection? Better options? The quiche was dry and the sausage biscuits were...from frozen. No scrambled eggs or bacon.

Did not have tv service. The remote in the room was broken. Called the front desk and was told they would be up to fix. Never saw anyone. The tv stayed on all night and was very annoying. Besides that it was a great hotel.

Everything. From walking in the first day until we left. Everything was fantastic. Actually going to make a trip back to the area. Will definitely be our go to now:) Tons of restaurants and even the Mall in walking distance. Pet friendly!!!

There is honestly nothing I can say negative about the hotel, location or staff. Everything was way better than I had anticipated. Very pleased. You would really have to think to find something to be unhappy about.

We really liked the indoor and outdoor space to.visit with friends. We liked the size of the kitchen and closet, had plenty of room for three of us to hang clothes and unpack a little.

The breakfast was not impressive. The "quiche" and breakfast sandwiches could be a higher quality. Apples and oranges but no bananas. We enjoyed making our own waffle and the variety of toppings but overall the breakfast felt very basic.

The doors slam shut loudly so when a lot of people are leaving crazy early in the morning it wakes everybody up.

Hotel was new and clean and in close proximity to several restaurants and shopping places.

We paid in advance through booking.com. When we arrived, the attendant said we had not paid and asked for a credit card. She wouldn’t even listen to what we had to say. Booking.com confirmed that we were paid in full. The next morning, a different attendant confirmed to the error and we are hoping to see a credit back to that card for the duplicate charge. Another customer was having the same issue. Also, we were told breakfast ended at 9:30 but they started putting breakfast away at 9 while several people were just coming to the lobby to be served.
