Not a great experience. Staff not properly able to handle large groups. Disappointed re Residents Bar / food which Closed at 1.00 am without notice,and were referred to room service which was literally cold drinks and cold sandwiches from a Starbucks fridge. Duty manager was good and tried to help but his hands were tied.
Some staff were very unprofessional and didn't know how to handle customers, some were arrogant and really need to brush up on their customer service skills.
I came to this place a couple of years ago and it was 10 times better before with more attentive staff.
Overall, we spent a substantial amount of money, but the level of service was not worth the price.

Great experience all staff were excellent very friendly and accommodating
Checked in around 4.15 pm and the reception team were extreme helpful and friendly! Breakfast was very tasty and all staff attentive x

Parking was inadequate, I had to try 3 spaces to find one that fit my car and I was worried about my car being dented due to how small the spaces were. Checking in took ages, I assume I got caught behind a bus of people from the airport, but because of this it took an hour to check in. Topping it all off, I was awakened by a fire alarm. In all, just a lot of little issues that alone might not have been a big deal, but all together not a nice combination.

Sadly we had booked a King Room via your site but this was not allocated and when queries with the hotel I was informed that due to booking with a third party there was nothing that could be done !!
This would prevent me from considering a third party booking in the future
The room was also very noisy, located at the front of the property where lots of people where gathered to socialise over a vape or cigarette - quite disturbing until the early hours.

Just stayed for 1 night, but arrived early morning, managed to get early check in for an additional fee, we had an executive room, so had sitting area and king bed, we used room service for food which was fast, food was hot and tastey, staff were friendly and approachable, breakfast was lovely good variety of hot and cold items and chefs constantly refilling,

We had a fabulous stay. The best thing was the friendly staff and a delicious breakfast which was included with our stay. We also had dinner which was reasonable and very nice and I liked that we could order through a IPad if you wanted. The swimming pool was lovely too but it was a shame that it was shut so much due to swimming lessons in the morning and early evening; especially as this was when we wanted to go swimming. I also loved the late check out at noon as well. Overall a great stay. Thank you!

Great stay, only complaint was swimming pool was closed for swimming lessons until 7.30pm on both nights we stayed there!

We had a lovely stay and staff were very helpful and kids. However the rooms needed a little bit more attention to detail. The wall near the main door was black with dirty handprints and the mattress was so thin on the sofa bed my children were in tears as they could feel the metal bars underneath. The pool and chamging rooms were lovely and clean whixh was fab.

The rooms have been modernised and toilet was clean and modern. Room have fantastic lighting. Hotel was very clean. The restaurant had super speedy service with excellent quality of food. Staff were pleasant and I am happy to return here.

The very best value for money you can find with the most comfortable bed and pillows and a wonderful shoeer room. Excitement for my trip meant i made full use of 24 hr starbucks.amd the breakfast hugfet was superb as well

The stay overall was excellent but the tv options were not great, you get a smart tv but cannot use it as a smart tv. Eg : Netflix , prime etc you only got freeview channels

We ordered a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for the kids (premium ) . I emailed the hotel from Turkey during the day, to check the sofa bed would be made up for the kids as we’d be coming in at midnight that night.
When I checked in, they assured me the bed had been made up, but when we went up , it hadn’t been done. Not a nice discovery at midnight when you have exhausted kids.
They sent someone up, but no apology from the night manager for the mistake.

This was booked in error, exact same name as Birmingham U.S.A. Contacted the hotel in England immediately about the mistake. Would not consider a refund and of course, since already at the hotel in Alabama paid for the stay. Again. The person at the desk said it happens a lot. Seems like the hotel knows it is double charging and will not refund for an honest mistake

The staff in the bistro and at breakfast were excellent , really attentive and professional.
Making sure kids were okay and very friendly. At breakfast staff sorted me with a takeaway bag for a reasonable price . Overall very happy with the stay and bit too expensive .

Personally I found this experience awful paying for a room then paying extra for parking understandable if there was no parking eg if the hotel was in a city centre bit additional charge to parking is rip off
My stay I was literally there for 3 hours checked in rewind Alittle and was about to shower before bed untill I got into the shower and realised there has been a left shaving blade which put me off staying so unhygienic I immediately left. Handing the keys back did let the manager aware on my way out but they offcourse as usual only good to say sorry

We booked a queen executive room but were given room 458 which has a doible bed and sofa bed. We told reception of the mistake but they did not seem to understand the difference between a doible and a queen size bed. It was late and there was a long queue and they just kept saying the system said it was a queen so we gave up but had an awful sleep. There was no discussion about refunds just denial despite it clearly being a double not a queen.

Excellent hotel, very clean, all staff was exceptional and very helpful. Room was spacious and all the facilities were great. I also loved how child friendly this hotel was which is sometimes daunting as a parent when coming to a hotel.
