I stay here every time I come to Medford to fly out or for a drs appointment. Clean, friendly staff and great location to airport and close to all Dr facilities.

Friendly place. They have a 24hr airport shuttle. There is a restaurant/ bar attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Rogue Regency is our go-to hotel in Medford, Oregon. We fly often and travel to Medford from a small town across the Cascades. The hotel provides excellent accommodations. Pool, hot tub, room service from the in-house restaurant (great food)and shuttle service to the airport around the clock. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Check-in was quick and friendly! The room was a good size(two queens) and had a wet bar, coffee machine, mini fridge, and a microwave. Nice location, just a little difficult to get to when coming from north I-5 exit, if you dont know the roads.

Cozy and comfortable stayed for one night when traveling home. Everything was great! Pool areas may need bit of update and fix up, but overall great stay!

The hotel was older and a bit unkept especially in our dog friendly room. We had a second room as part of our reservation that was not dog friendly, and it was in much better shape. Our bathroom walls were dirty, and we had two different mattresses in our room, as was apparent by the level of the beds. One was very comfortable, and one was hard and uncomfortable.
The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were wonderful though. Very thoughtful and helpful.

This is clearly a property that was probably very nice when it was built, but long overdue for an upgrade. Carpets are worn and in bad need of replacement. Rooms are also dated, with worn pillows and mattresses. Clearly the price offered from Hotels.com reflects the level of disrepair the hotel is in. I did enjoy having a proper restaurant/lounge inside the hotel...that was definitely a plus. I still would consider staying here again for the right price, but I would have to think about it.

A one night stay to our final destination. Room was nice, spacious, bed comfortable, all amenities needed. The breakfast which was included was awesome, made to order with a few selections to choose from. Everyone was very friendly including the housekeeping! For the price we would definitely stay again!!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a wakeup call withkut asking after scheduling a 3:15am shuttle to the airport. The wakeup call was right on time. The rooms were clean but getting run down. It appeared as if the cleaner didn't pay attention to detail. The doors under the sink appeared to be coming off the hinges and there were 2 conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner.
I was very impressed with the gentleman who checked me in and the lady who was at the front desk when I departed.
Overall, I would stay here again.

Every staff member that I encountered were polite and professional. We had a small dog with us. Very dog friendly. Morning breakfast was great and made to order. Incidentally I was allowed to have my dog in the restaurant as long as my dog stayed under the table. The bed was comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi clean and well-maintained. The airconditioner helped block out some of the street noise The divided busy roads outside made it difficult to navigate. It's obvious that the hotel was there before the divided highway was built. For the price and service it was a good choice.

This was my second stay at Rogue Regency Inn and Suites. This hotel has so many amenities to offer! I just wish I would have had more time to be able to enjoy them all! Not only was my stay very relaxing, but the staff was extremely friendly and my room was spotless. On-site you'll find a restaurant with room service, a lounge with pool tables and weekend live entertainment, outdoor garden dining area, indoor pool, and more. Select your complimentary breakfast from a list prepared by the restaurant. I will definitely be back!

Staying at the rogue valley Inn Regency was a wonderful experience through and through. The staff was pleasant, and always readily available. Everything was as it should be, and for a motel offering free breakfast they rate among the tops. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at the facility and would recommend them to anyone planning a stay in Medford.
