Hotel and room were clean. Staff was courteous

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and definitely appreciated the helpful and fast check-in we had. On the downside, the floors seemed sticky🙁. Additionally, we didn’t care for the bathroom fan coming on whenever the light was turned on. It was fairly loud and was definitely not needed every time you went in.

Very clean hotel. Have no complaints at all. Was very quiet even though we only stayed 1 night.

Upon entering the front door it smelled clean. I arrived late in the evening but was greeted immediately. Walking into my room was truly nice, no carpet which made me feel comfortable enough to walk barefoot. They even had a bath tub. The staff friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Ok place to stay, not great but not bad. Relatively strong smell of maybe some sort of cleaning agent, in every public space.

It was great we had a Cheer competition to go to and chose this location because it was close to our destination. We will definitely be staying here again for State finals!

It looks like an older building that has been completely renovated. The rooms and bathrooms are simple and very clean. This hotel is a typical go-to for me for overnight trips to Birmingham.

It was very quiet and clean although a previous guest had colored on the both sides of the bathroom door and it had not been washed off and the bathroom sink had a huge crack in it but neither of those effected our stay. Wish there would have been extra blankets as it was a cool night

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Good customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but we were glad it was provided since my Mom had to be at her appointment at 7:30am. I would definitely stay here again.

Room across the hall had a child and father going at it. The child was screening at her dad and the dad was cursing the child very loudly. Called the front desk snd they got it fixed but around midnight had another bout.

Hotel is clean, front desk was helpful. I love that they use large, refillable shampoo, conditioner, and lotion instead of those small ones. The room was quiet and comfortable. Really nice stay.

This hotel can definitely use some remodeling and customer service training. I stayed 4 days during the GA vs Alabama Game weekend, which was not my reason for staying here. But the hotel was very noisy, the front desk clerk was rude. I had to ask for room to be cleaned and tissue paper. I stayed at better comfort Inns and this one was not up to my standards. It’s mainly for truck drivers or commercial workers.

I was not impressed with our stay. The hotel room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and large stain that looked like blood on the comforter. We chose this hotel to sit beside the pool, however, we were informed that the pool was closed after Labor Day. The box springs to our bed is apparently defective because it makes noises every time you roll over or get out of bed. I literally woke up every time my spouse rolled over. Lastly, the room did not keep the temperature in the room and had to adjust it in the middle of the night.

Loved the Coffee and Ice Cold Lemon water available in lobby. Breakfast was the same everyday. Should add additional fruit or cheese to breakfast

Nice place, the only thing we didnt like is the blanket system.
The down blanket is exposed is too warm and the top cover slips off. It is very hard to wake up in the morning with the proper “sandwich” of blankets, without getting in touch with the down blanket, which doesn’t get changed after each guest.
Duvet covers would be a much more sanitary and effective.
